I didn't like the cashier's attitude in the store and, consequently, the service. It's not the first time I've come across the fact that I have to constantly walk near the cashier. On one side of it, put the products for payment, then go to the other side and make the payment. Today I put the groceries (3 units) on the other side, which was inconvenient, but there were no people in the store. I was instructed to transfer the products, and then switch back to the other side when paying. The feeling that the customer must follow the cashier's command: then to the right, then to the left, then stand up straight. Can I make self-service cash registers like in other stores? Everything is simple and in one place.

I've been going to this store for 20 years now. All products are quite good, except... bread and bakery products. It is either absent, or it is far from the first freshness. And I don't even remember when it started, but it used to be better in this regard. But these are all small things.
