Probably the only poor medical institution in Mogilev, and maybe the whole Republic of Belarus. Everything is on stream, the attention to visitors is about zero... At one time, the mother was called an alcoholic at the reception (they came with blue fingers), although she does not accept alcohol even close...I had an X-ray done on a woman with the wrong leg... A relative was "cured of scaliosis" from a single X-ray (with a doctor's opinion, of course)... At the same time, he was ill from birth... They did not admit the mistake, did not apologize, and radiated again... They said that they did it wrong twice in Minsk, but we are professionals... The head does not have time to figure it out, she, before the question, talked for half an hour on the phone "about panties", apparently with a friend... "I'm going to drop everything now and go figure it out," is her answer... There is no queuing and reception of visitors!!! Everyone finds an argument for themselves - "repeatedly, without waiting in line"... Dear residents of Mogilev, cross the road to Pervosovetskaya or call an Ambulance... They will treat you with respect as a Person, explore everything, help you with empathy and understanding!!!!

Boorish attitude towards patients. When visiting the emergency room on 04.11.2024, I experienced all the boorish and disrespectful attitude towards patients from the head of the trauma center, Natalia Mikhailovna Denisenko. If a doctor is in an unhealthy state in the workplace and in a bad mood, then these are the doctor's problems and patients should not suffer from this. And you need to keep your negativity and discontent to yourself and express it in special places, and not as not on the site.

Ahaha, no, well, the staff is present, this is definitely a plus. The attitude towards customers is like towards free customers, which is also generally expected.
The queue ... well, thoughts that the fracture will somehow heal itself there visit every 15 minutes of every hour spent in the queue. Thus, for the twentieth time, this mantra sounds more convincing than a moan of pain :)
