I was disappointed with the cuisine. 1. Caesar salad chicken chopped very coarsely, croutons (breadcrumbs)The cherry tomatoes are huge, stale (soft and dried), the salad is not mixed. You can serve everything separately. And there is something to like to choose from. 2. Tom-Yam soup. Only the name comes from the real Tom-Yama. There are not many ingredients that must be present (coconut milk, shiitake mushrooms, fish sauce, galangana root, lime, Tom Yam paste, lemongrass, etc.) The soup has neither taste nor smell. Perhaps that's why the soup is relatively cheap. 3. Ri-bye steak. The steak is cooked well, according to the order. However, the quality of the meat leaves much to be desired. There are many veins that cannot be lived. Side dish grilled vegetables is a separate conversation. The vegetables are stale and absolutely not baked. Raw inside. Perhaps the chefs consider it sufficient to hold the vegetables over the fire for 10-15 seconds. In general, I was disappointed with the kitchen of the Garage, which my friends praised so much.
