To be honest, I'm a little shocked by these guys. I brought the car for repair, there was a problem with the stove motor, they pointed out a problem in the motor itself, supposedly it needed to be replaced. I bought a motor, replaced it, and lo and behold! Nothing has changed. The problem was in the wire contact terminal itself, which is why it didn't work properly. I tried to give the car away for repairs a couple of times, unsuccessfully, the garage service station was very busy, we somehow agreed to call the next day to coordinate the time, supposedly it would be clear from the workload whether I could drive up. Attention, I called 2 times in the morning, no one picked it up, and I didn't call back, there is no customer orientation
