The impressions after visiting the establishment were dubious, the food was very tasty, the interior of the establishment was excellent, but the service left much to be desired, this attitude towards the guests was a little disappointing, with an empty hall no one came to pick up dirty plates / napkins, sitting in the mud was not particularly pleasant, then they were looking for at least someone to ask for the bill, maybe it's just bad luck:(

The cuisine is very good, tasty, satisfying and varied.
The pizza is thin, rich, I would say Italian, not banter.

They put us in one place, after 5 minutes they come running to ask if we can handle it in 40 minutes, like the table is booked. They moved me to another table. They always came up to us with a dissatisfied look. There was a hair in the meat slicer. At the end, the change., in the region of 8 rubles, brought a mountain of the smallest coins. The cafe was very dusty and the toilet was very dirty.

Tips on the card can only be left by the waiter's QR code - this application also works through the stump of the deck, crashes, you can not return, the payment takes place the second time. The idea of using the application everywhere is good, but there is no implementation.

Disappointment.
Today's visit to this institution was simply shocking and left the most negative emotions. Walking with a family and a child, we went to have a snack, and immediately we were put inside like on a bus. After a few minutes, the waitress comes running in a panic that everything is reserved here and go to the terrace, well, OK. We made the simplest orders, both for ourselves and the child, for a short snack. But within 40 minutes they brought us only nuggets with potatoes, broth, coffee with a piece of halva and tea. When an hour had already passed, after the next 10 minutes I asked a question about our pancakes, pancakes and salad. To which I heard the answer that they forgot to warn us, Rich's banquet will start soon and the kitchen is busy with this, and our orders still need to wait 30 minutes. Oh no. We refused, asked for the bill, they brought us and wrote in a salad that was not brought to us and in general it is unclear why they entered it, I paid and noticed it later, turning to the waitress, she said nothing strange now they will quickly do and take it away. What is it? How is it? Return the money to me for this cost, and it turned out to be a quest for 10 minutes. It's just a lot of negative emotions.
It is not recommended for everyone to visit. They can cheat and enter left positions.

We came to lunch with my husband , ordered a combo from the lunch menu, it included a cold brew and a second (cutlet with mashed potatoes) and two more lemonades. The waiter repeated the order. As a result , they brought us lemonades and later a cooler . We waited for the second course for 40 minutes, as we had to go to work, we couldn't wait any longer. The waiter was called to clarify where the second course of the combo was, to which he replied with "What dish?", as if he didn't know what we were waiting for at all. We replied that we could not wait any longer and asked us to pay for the refrigerator and lemonade. As a result, the bill was brought in full for all the dishes , including the second one . There was no answer to the question of why we were counted for everything if the dishes were not brought . The waiter said that the combo cannot be divided and that's it. As a result, we went hungry and paid for the food , which we did not eat . It was just a terrible experience, the service was also disgusting, dirty plates were on the table all the time until we left.

12.04.24 we came to have dinner in the garage. We ordered tea (everything is +- ok with it). I took a salad with turkey and dried tomatoes, chicken fillet in mushroom sauce with mashed potatoes.
1) the table was covered in crumbs, the waiter did not repeat our order
2) my young man was brought his borscht, but nothing for me by this time. It's not very pleasant to sit hungry when your partner is eating
3) they brought him the second one, and only at that moment they brought me a salad
4) salad is a separate song: there was no smell of dried tomatoes there. There were bruised tomato clippings, you can't call it anything else.
5) and finally, we have already spent an HOUR in the restaurant and they did not bring me chicken fillet.
We asked for the bill, and my fillet was included in the bill. I said we couldn't wait any longer, and I didn't hear any apologies, no offers to remove it from the bill. The only thing we were offered was to pack the dish with us. I agreed. I had to wait another 10 minutes.

Thanks a lot to the waitress and the chefs for ruining the evening.

The refrigerator is diluted as in the worst dining room, and the potatoes were served to it terribly laid down. A cocktail of novelties: mango basil is the taste of "beer" (a very dubious combination).

I've read negative reviews about this place, and I can't understand anything.
It seems that the guys have worked on the waiters, their incompetence and their attitude towards visitors. The food is delicious, the staff is wonderful. That's my opinion. I visited 3 times - 10/10 in all respects. An unroasted cutlet was served once, so not only was it redone, but it was removed from the receipt.
I would advise you to come here yourself.
