11/20.21 I wanted to book a table and celebrate others. I called 5 times and no one picked it up. I called a short 7767, they said they would give it to the cafe and they would call me back. An hour later, no one called back. An hour later, he called himself and miraculously got through!!!! The girl picked it up, either drunk or sleepy, it is not clear. I say I called 5 times and didn't get a call back, I didn't even apologize. She said there were no tables and that was it. Terrible attitude towards customers. Apparently they don't need the money, so I'll leave it somewhere else. And so, in general, the institution is not bad, I've been there a couple of times, it doesn't seem bad.

It's a pity that you can't put zero stars!!! We ordered three pizzas, it doesn't taste good at all!
In one of them there was a salmon skin, a big piece! How is that even possible?
Then they asked for more sauce, three were not available, they took a cheese one that looked like it had already been eaten, with some crumbs (((They ordered 300 grams of whiskey, they accepted the order from us, then they came 10 minutes later and said only 150 grams of such whiskey!
When we were leaving , I decided to go to the toilet . There was a piece of paper on it saying it wasn't working! I asked the guy at the bar where to go if the toilet doesn't work there, the answer was, like, what's not clear?? In the Men's Room!
Teach the staff how to communicate and make pizza without waste! The check was for 100p40 kopecks.
The most delicious was whiskey, cola and ice!

I have been using the services of this cafe for a long time. During the time of use, I can note that they once had some of the most delicious pizzas. Lately, both the service and the pizza itself have gone bad. Often, the cooking time from 30 minutes reaches 1 hour, but even after an hour, we still had to wait. Time is also money! Sometimes it is much more significant. Now about the pizza. I can't count how many pizzerians have changed during my use. And each time the pizza got worse and worse (not only can it be burnt, bland, like food that was forgotten to add salt, dry, as if it were already a week old, but the number of added ingredients (in the same pizza) is noticeably less and less each time. Of course, I understand that savings and all that, I took a little away from each pizza... But not so clearly that it would be obvious that the place of the portion is there, if half is good.
In general, the quality has clearly suffered, and this is not something you need to save on! I'm thinking about changing my favorite cafe to another one, since there is a choice.
And I want to advise the management: in the pursuit of profit, you should not skimp on quality, otherwise you can lose your customers.

Business lunch means FAST. This means that the lunch menu should be such as to cook quickly. I ordered a casserole, waited 30 minutes, and did not receive the dish. I was late for work from lunch and hungry.
