We visited the Garage after reading many recommendations and were rather disappointed.
Among the advantages: good cuisine - excellent pizza, very cool borscht, good pancakes and tea, good coffee. The only thing that caused terrible disgust: a dranik burger, completely inedible, and disgusting brisket (it was in this burger, and in some types of pizza, and even in chicken soup). I still didn't understand if the brisket was of such terrible quality, or if the Garage's signature sauce was so disgusting.
The interior is not bad, there are screens everywhere that show very interesting content: from extreme sports to recipes.
What is really bad is the service: no one meets at the entrance, it is unclear where to sit, the waitresses are cornered, there are not enough of them, they work for 12 hours or longer. All this affects the speed of accepting an order and serving dishes, and the attitude towards visitors.
I wouldn't go there a second time.

A modern institution in the center of Vitebsk. Stylish interior in the style of a cafe chain. There is a summer porch, the first and second floor indoors.
Very tasty dishes. Even the most seemingly ordinary ones. Chicken broth and magic focaccia, hot with chicken cutlet.. A great cappuccino.

Judging by the latest negative reviews, competitors are trying, it probably sucks with their guests)))
In fact, the guys are great - they try to cook quickly, for a cafe cooking 30-50 minutes depends on the number of orders, this is normal, everything is done with a knife and the rolling is manual, not a press.
You can also order delivery from them using the application.
In other cafes, for example, on Suvorov, Lenin or Tolstoy, cooking in the evening is from an hour and boarding is 5 times less.
Be more loyal, you did not come to the white-washed products ready from the showcase, the cook's work is very hard and time-consuming.
