Thanks to the real estate agency "Garant real estate" for solving my apartment issue.
I am literally amazed by the high class of work of agent Igor Rylchenko on the sale of his apartment, as well as the head of the recruitment department Ekaterina Rylchenko on the search for a counter option.
You can only dream about it!
My plans were to sell the apartment and find a counter option at least two months in advance. And as a result, on the very first day after posting ads on the Internet, Igor called and we agreed to show the apartment for the first time to the buyer, who, after viewing it, wanted to buy it and made a deposit for it on the same day. The cost of the apartment was reduced simply symbolically. Isn't this a fairy tale! Thank you Igor!
Further, I really liked Ekaterina Rylchenko's approach to my wishes on the counter option. Having clarified what I want and my requirements, on the same day an option suitable for me was already offered! In addition, the next day, Ekaterina offered about six more options. The most important thing is that all these options met my requirements!!! It's wonderful, you can only dream about it! After choosing the option, we also managed to reduce the cost of the apartment!
Throughout the process of selling an apartment and buying a counter option (signing a contract, making a secure payment, going to the bank, reissuing personal accounts, certificates, handing over keys, etc.), Ekaterina and Igor Rylchenko were always there. These professionals have always had an answer to absolutely any of my questions.I could always call and get a detailed answer. If I suddenly didn't get through the first time, then they called me back in a couple of minutes or wrote in the messenger!

We asked for help in purchasing an apartment. I was met by a girl, Ekaterina, who is very polite and competent, who is clearly well versed in this field and has information on real estate. However, we were sent to agent Dmitry G. According to our request, they were guaranteed at least 10 views!, however, agent Dmitry sent us 2 Viber options that did not quite meet our search conditions and disappeared into oblivion. We never saw or heard from him again. A month has passed, and the deadline for a positive loan decision has expired. We contacted another agency, but we wasted our time. There's a lot of one star here.

I would like to leave a review about cooperation with the Garant real estate agency within one month.
We signed an agreement with this agency on the provision of services for renting an apartment on October 29. We were counting on the help of specialists and on the speedy completion of the transaction. However, everything went wrong from the very beginning. On October 30, as agreed, no ads were posted, it happened only on the 31st. A small thing, but unpleasant. Then Agent Daria had a habit of not reporting anything at all on the progress of cases, often did not respond to messages and calls. As a result, on November 15, she disappeared altogether, as it later turned out, she resigned from the agency.
Next, we had to cooperate with the new agent Marina, telling everything anew and explaining everything around the apartment. Working with this specialist did not cause much excitement either. She assured me that they were doing everything possible, but the result was zero. Several times there were explanations that the price you have is not the same for renting an apartment, that the conditions are too high. Having once asked for specific figures on the views of ads on websites, on calls and messages from possible tenants, I received the answer: "You can look at the number of views on the sites. They called me probably 4 times." I think this is absolutely not the answer of a specialist working in an agency presenting himself as No. 1.
As a result, we decided to terminate the contract with this agency (specialist Marina offered not to officially terminate the contract, but simply to give up the keys and disperse, but we insisted on officially terminating the contract), and try to rent the apartment on our own. And, literally in a day, we have about 5 people ready to come and see the apartment. We hope everything will work out without the agency's services.
We are very sorry for the time spent in vain, hoping for help from the Agency!
