I brought an electric garden trimmer with a broken drive to the service - the coil was not spinning. After the repair, she began to twist, but at the first attempt to mow, it turned out that the trimmer did not mow, but simply hit the grass with a fishing line without knocking it down (there was not enough power). After working in this mode for half a minute, the coil stopped rotating. I called the service and received the following comment: "was the coil spinning when I received it? - so the job is done. We do not give a guarantee for garden tools!" To my argument that the trimmer was not functional, they replied, "that the trimmer was serviceable." The request to return at least some of the money was rejected. They offered to bring it so that they could see what could be done - that is, one more time, potentially wasting money. Judge for yourself who is right here, but I DO NOT RECOMMEND this service!
