We applied to make an appointment to inspect the house that we were interested in. The realtor Margarita is responsible for this house. She promised that she would let you know when she agreed with the owners about the inspection. We waited 3 days, she didn't call or write. We contacted her ourselves, to which we received a reply that she had not reached the owner. I had to contact another agency, where for some reason they immediately got through and made an appointment to inspect the same house a day later. And we also thought about putting our real estate on display with them. Thank God we didn't get in touch, or else our apartment will also be "sold".

My impression of this agency was formed when I was selling my own and buying another apartment. Specifically about the agency: there is no coherence and interaction between the agents. That is, one sells an apartment, and the other does not know about it... Stupid! Or they asked me to think for a day or two (I liked the apartment, but I need to discuss it at home and find out the result of viewing my apartment) from one agent, and another employee takes a deposit for it!!! And this despite the fact that I asked if I should call the agent who leads me? To which I was answered:"she knows!" It happened to me at this agency. I DO NOT recommend using their services. I give 2 stars only for the fact that they still sold my apartment. I am grateful for this!To be honest, I don't understand why we pay such "crazy money" to agencies??? Only for legal support??? With such success, it's better to pay a lawyer!!! It will be cheaper! In my understanding, the agency's job is to select a good option for the client by offering it to him. And not the way it was with me: I'm looking for apartments at night with a one-year-old child that I liked, I drop them off to the agent so that he can negotiate with the seller. There is no initiative from the agent... or did my apartment cost little to really make money on it? It took me 10 minutes to sell the apartment and buy another one!!!! months!!!! And these are sleepless nights and driving around the city with a child. I think that in such cases, agencies charge too much for their services!!! And yet, this applies to all agencies of the city: according to my observations, 30% of the offered apartments on the sites are not for sale, i.e. the owners have already refused to sell, and the ad is hanging; or the owner is abroad and cannot come; or several owners cannot agree on the sale, i.e. one wants to sell, and the other does not give his consent to it, etc., etc.
