I give your work out of respect and because you serve my country. on 17.07.2025 at 13:54 together with my mother and father, due to a situation on my mother's account, we transferred to one of your Bursa Osmangazi Garanti BBVA branch at a temperature of almost 40 degrees, barely taking time off from the working hours of the workplace where my mother works. The branch was also uncomfortable, because I have odor sensitivity, there was an incredibly stuffy and overwhelming environment. But thankfully it was cool compared to the outside. First of all, I am not a banker or a high-ranking bureaucrat, I am only a citizen of the Republic of Turkey who receives services from you in my country, and so is my mother.. What is it to do excavation work during the hours when the customer is served, and in an extremely noisy environment, for God's sake.. What century are we living in? We're waiting in line while we're waiting, I can't even hear my own conversation with mom, the sounds of drills are everywhere, let me go, one of the two ladies working at the box office* the one in the mustard shirt who was working right in front of us really seemed so tired that he's having trouble telling the customer, on the one hand, he's trying to read the procedure, on the other hand, I think the November cashier is trying to deliver the money to the security guards who came to pick up the money, fast. He must have been having a really hard day for your employee, not enough, and he was probably trying to explain to someone on the phone, and he had a pretty sad face expression.. May Allah grant you patience, it must be a difficult day.. How can you make accurate calculations and provide a quality service to your customers with such a small number of staff employment systems? Of course, before we come to your branch, the phone is also a collection unit with the necessary units, tracking unit, etc. we made calls with phone numbers so that no one else could access the accounts, we matched the phone number that my mother uses to the account and removed different devices from the account, and we did this with your staff on the phone, and we thank them very much for the service they provided here.
