A God-forsaken place. Anyone who wants to come in, the guards are watching TV and they don't care about their job responsibilities. The Chairman does not do anything from the word at all. There are deep pits on the roads, and the electrical system is in a deplorable and dangerous state for humans. The light is very rarely lit in the evening. In winter, the snow is not removed at all.
