We stayed at Garden Embassy Hotel for five nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is spotless, well-maintained, and offers great facilities, including a lovely restaurant that’s also kid-friendly. One of the highlights is the beautiful garden behind the hotel — a peaceful and enjoyable space that added so much to our stay. But what truly made our visit exceptional was the outstanding hospitality of two wonderful staff members: Aleksei and Anastacia. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Both spoke excellent English and were incredibly helpful — whether it was arranging taxis, solving small issues, or simply being kind and attentive. Their genuine care and professionalism made a lasting impression on us. Thank you, Garden Embassy Hotel, and a special thank you to Aleksei and Anastacia. You made our trip even more memorable!

Плюсы: 1. Прекрасное местоположение, буквально 5 минут от метро. 2. Вид из окна - лучшее, что может быть, Аптекарский огород как на ладони. Кстати, идет акция - бесплатное посещение парка для гостей отеля. 3. Большой, уютный номер, все необходимое есть, включая зубные щетки и расчески. Есть миникухня для длительного проживания. Из минусов скажу только то, что полы плиточные и для тех, кто не привык ходить в тапочках будет холодно. Может быть отель сделает при будущем ремонте теплые полы. Спасибо за отличный отдых.
