We visited this institution in our city on a weekday (Monday) and decided to go dancing and sing. We looked at the work schedule on the Internet until 3 o'clock, came to floor 2, asked how long you work, the bartender answered us the kitchen until floor 2, and the establishment until 3. We said that we were satisfied. We made an order, sat for 20 minutes, and then the DJ turned off the music at 1:50 and turned on the light and said that they were closing. And then the administrator came, like her name was Marina, we asked why the institution was closing when the work schedule was up to 3? To which she replied: "that there are no people," it turns out we were sitting together and there was also some girl. It turns out that the three visitors are not the customers of the institution, although we have specified how long they work. The receptionist snapped at us for a long time, talked very rudely to us, although we were not rude to her at all. We wanted to have a good rest, sit up to 3 o'clock, dance, sing and leave N amount of money, we were not going to save. And as a result, our mood was spoiled, a friend had a drink and there was an unpleasant aftertaste from this institution, especially from the administrator. And the bartender and the waiter were very polite and smoothed over the situation. I'll give them one star.

It's not the most delicious place, the fact is, + you can feel the taste of liquid smoke, cheap mayonnaise, I stopped walking. Considering that I don't drink alcohol, but I clearly understand the taste of food without interrupting with drinks.

The dishes are delicious, but the deception in the receipt ruined everything. I was struck by the boorish attitude of the administrator, it is clear that deception of the client is practiced everywhere in this institution! She tried to convince me that Jacob's Creek Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon wine (what I ordered) and Jacob's Creek, Shiraz Reserve wine (what's in the receipt) are the same thing))
I advise visitors to carefully check the bill with the menu!
With the scandal, the bill was eventually recalculated, but they did not even think to reschedule the apology.

I didn't like that they allowed smoking in the lobby, I stank of cigarette smoke all over, I need a smoking room.There are only 2 waiters for the whole hall, an administrator is needed, there was a misunderstanding on the menu, they ordered one and brought another, if there was an administrator, then it would be possible to figure it out.
