Excellent location. The houses are a few steps away from the lake. The rooms are clean and cozy, everything you need is there. Parking is convenient, there is a barbecue and gazebos next to the house. Private beach. Friendly staff and friendly hosts. Thank you so much for having a good time.

Cozy houses are located on the shore of Lake Sevan: - panoramic view of the lake from the cabin - large TV, underfloor heating, soft linens, barbecue area, cutlery. An ironing board and a hairdryer are not provided. There's nothing left of the cons :)

This is paradise! Houses right on the shore of Sevan. It feels like you're sitting by the water all the time, warm and with a cup of coffee. The dawn is pouring right into the house) sunrises of amazing beauty! The cabins are warm, comfortable, and everything is there, even coffee and a turk. Thank you to Edgar for the friendly attitude!
