I liked everything) we stayed for a day to visit Sevanavank and walk near the lake) Lake Sevan itself is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. The dining room is very comfortably made :) It's such a cute tent, there's a lot to choose from on the menu, I recommend whitefish and carbonara pasta! Harissa soup (aka porridge) is very tasty! I liked all the sweets) The service was excellent, and Arthur helped both in the gym and in the room. He came running to help us with a hairdryer. The room does not pretend to be a luxury, but everything is there, it was comfortable to sleep, the only thing is the boiler is noisy, we turned it off at night.

We stayed one night, from what we had: the food was delicious, the staff was friendly. Breakfast is 3000 AMD for two (650₽). The territory is not large, but cozy. There is a private parking. The rooms do not pretend to luxury)) but it's warm, there's hot water, a kitchenette. There is no direct access to the lake, you need to walk for 3 minutes. Sevanavank Monastery is within walking distance - a must-visit! I lowered my rating for the fact that MIR cards are not accepted, although there are plenty of Russian tourists there.

We were alone in the non-tourist season, but the attention of the staff and the services were excellent: the bar was open until late, the breakfast was served, very polite and helpful. The house is nice and free with a mini kitchen and at an adequate price, the only thing to pay attention to is that ants got into the tub from somewhere - minus half a point for this. A very picturesque and cozy area with birch trees, there is a children's area.

Honestly, we expected the best... we stopped for 4 days. There was no room service at all. The trash was not taken out, the floor was not washed, the bed linen and towels were not changed. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was not working. We contacted the staff to solve this problem, but no action was taken. The outdoor air conditioner has no function. The staff is polite, but compared to the rest, this is not a plus. We wanted to do laundry, but in this case it turned out to be very expensive! Give away more than 1000 drams for one thing... We took the breakfasts, there are no complaints about them. Buffet, everything is delicious and satisfying. The atmosphere is pleasant. The territory is being monitored and looked after. There is a swimming pool on site, but we did not swim in it. The nearest beach is just a 3-5 minute walk away.

I want to leave a review about the restaurant on the territory of this hotel: 1. The Onik waiter served us. This is just an example for all waiters: he recommended excellent wine, helped us sort out the menu, and was very polite and good-natured. (Management values such employees). 2. An interesting place. Cozy houses. Ours was a one-room apartment. There is a kitchen area and a separate bathroom. Air heating: either milks the ambient air, or makes it warmer. So there is no air conditioning. There is a restaurant tent. The food is delicious. Breakfast can be ordered. The staff is polite, they will always come to the rescue or answer questions. Robert (the manager) is just a smart girl. There is a swimming pool and sun beds. There is parking for six cars. There are many trees on the territory. Each house has a garden table with chairs. There are several swings with canopies and teaching chairs-bags. There is a playground. The complex is located a five-minute walk from the beach.

The hotel is good! The room looks modern, there is a type of outdoor air conditioner on cold evenings. The breakfast cost 3,000 drams, not super varied, but you can eat it. The employees are friendly. There is a swimming pool on site, but we did not swim. A couple of minutes walk to the beach. Sevanovank is a 15-minute walk along the coast. Of the cons: - there was no water or tea bags in the room - there is no store nearby - the territory of the hotel is well maintained, but as soon as you step outside, you will find garbage and devastation :( including the beach

The rooms deserve respect, good design, very cozy and spacious, there is a small kitchen, Underfloor heating. The Green Bay restaurant is a separate cozy corner of this place, where the real genius bartender David brings an inimitable atmosphere to the entire stay at this institution. There is no place for boring and mundane evenings here, and all thanks to the amazing bartender David, who is the indispensable center of attention and the heart of this institution. All staff are attentive to detail and strive to make guests' stay unforgettable.

The hotel is good, the food is for 3 tomorrow. If you order it, it's not bad. At first, they tried to put a room smelling of dirty table cloths in the room. Until I called the manager, the issue has not been resolved. I paid extra, I was accommodated in a large family room. The only disadvantage of the room is the lack of a foot towel after a shower. The territory is good, quiet enough. We ordered a room with 2 single full beds and one double bed, but instead of a single bed there was a cot bed. After our questions, they brought us some fruit as compensation and gave us free breakfasts. Breakfast is meager. Overall, the attitude is good.

A good apartment hotel 100 m from Sevan. A nice restaurant, a warm swimming pool, many gazebos on the territory. The biggest drawback is the smell of sewage near some houses. The territory is shady, so it is dark and humid in the houses. But on the whole, it's not bad.

We stayed at the hotel for one night, in general, I can recommend it, good value for money. The rooms are located in single-storey cottages, depending on the category - either a whole house, or two or four rooms in the house, each room has a separate entrance. It's a minute's walk to the lake) The rooms themselves are generally nice, clean, comfortable bed, normal linen. The bathroom has underfloor heating. In the room itself, there is a floor-mounted air conditioner for heating, it heats well, but it makes noise. And you can't set the temperature, only the blowing force. One of the disadvantages is that you may have a boiler in your room, which is also noisy.. if you are a light sleeper, it may be a problem. There are a few dishes missing in the room, for example, there are no glasses, but it is so, for small things) The restaurant on the territory under the dome is nice, but in cold weather it is fresh there. Food and prices are approx. The breakfast is 3000 AMD, hearty, a lot of things (but we were out of season and there was no buffet, everything was taken out clean for us). If the local admin David will play the game "guess my age" with you, keep in mind - he is much younger than he seems))))

The room is dark and humid. There is mold on the walls in the bathroom, high humidity, towels on the towel rack did not dry out. The main furniture and dishes are there. In the room, when the extractor hood was working in the toilet, it smelled of smoke (I don't know where, maybe it came from the next room). As non-smokers, it was very unpleasant for us to feel someone else's smoke, which, by the way, smelled of things in the living room. The administrator was informed about this, but there was no reaction. Lunch at the hotel restaurant didn't go well either. We ordered different food for a small company, and specified the cooking time of 20-25 minutes when ordering. There were only a few visitors besides us at that time. As a result, salads were brought after 40 minutes, the barbecue was cooking at 1:45, and potatoes with chicken at 2:10. It was a pity for the waiter guys, who were obviously worried about what was happening, but could not do anything.I have no idea what could have been done during this time, but this is the first time I've seen such a waiting time in a restaurant. Although in general the food is not bad. As an apology, they brought us a bottle of wine, but there was absolutely no mood to drink, and the weather was spoiling, there was little time to swim in Sevan. In the evening, they found that the water heater was not working, called the administrator, set it up in 10-15 minutes. I don't understand why the hotel has so many positive reviews. Fortunately, we spent only 1 day at the hotel. When we checked in, it turned out that the mini bar was missing a coke and a bottle of water, which we did not take, but for which we were offered to pay. There is no list with the number of bottles in the minibar in the room, and there have never been such problems before, so of course nothing was checked when checking in. This completely ruined the impression of the hotel. The lake itself and the monastery are very beautiful. But the beaches are unkempt, there is garbage lying around. That's probably why there aren't many visitors.
