There are much better hotels in Bukhara for this price. In my opinion.

It's beautiful (although hotels of this type in Bukhara are all like that)

Misunderstanding about the cost of early check-in. I had to pay, although they said they didn't need to upon arrival.
I forgot the medicine in the fridge, and an hour later they threw it away without even asking if I needed it.

Like it:
There is a free shuttle service. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. The presence of a swimming pool - we chose the hotel because of it. The taxi is cheap, some remoteness did not interfere. The room is spacious, the mattresses are comfortable.
I didn't like it:
There are no TV channels, TV apps do not work, except for YouTube. We took a family room - these are two adjacent rooms through the inner door. One has a balcony - the door to it was not locked, the staff was contacted, but the issue was not resolved, and they carried documents and money with them. Similarly with the safes - in both rooms, the safes were closed, the staff promised to send someone who would open, but did not send. Non-hotel guests go to the pool, from the street, in large numbers in the evening. Mostly children bathe in their underwear. For some reason, technical hatches are open in the pool, deep, not fenced. Sauna 300,000 soums per hour. Seriously? We went to the pool twice a day for all three days, no one used it. For the first time we came across that the sauna for residents is paid, and even at such an inadequate price. A very big minus is the restaurant. Glasses and plates are on the lower shelves of the tables with food so that you need to sit down and reach deep into your hand. We ran out of teaspoons at breakfast - sorry, we ran out of the waiter's answer. Breakfast is a little meager, there is no variety, but you will not leave hungry. We came to dinner - the menu is meager, some friends come, the waiters fraternize with them, they can just sit down and sit at the table, talk on the phone or hang out in it. There is no ice - I was surprised. In general, the impression of some kind of disorganization, indifference to tourists in the restaurant.

Perhaps it was the best hotel in Uzbekistan out of the three cities. Everything is at the highest level. Free pick-up at the train station by business class car. A comfortable room with everything you need. A very beautiful lobby in the hotel, they bring the newlyweds to the photo shoot. On the ground floor there is a green area with various plants. The breakfast is super, especially all kinds of cakes, there were so many things that we regret leaving early. On the second day there was an early check-out, they gave out a lunch box, but it was not delicious (old cookies) It was better to guess tickets to get to breakfast. The accommodation also included a swimming pool (comfortable water), access at any time without restrictions and there is a sauna, but a fee of 300,000 amounts and some massages. We found out about this already in the pool, when booking this information we did not find that the sauna is paid. There is a restaurant, you can go to dinner in the evening, the prices are acceptable, everything is delicious. We booked through booking, the amount was appropriate, no extra taxes. Early in the morning, we were also taken to the train station for free. We were satisfied.

The staff is friendly, the location is good. The rooms are clean, tidy, the breakfasts are varied and hearty, the Wi-Fi is fast, there is a TV with a smart TV connection. The elevator is transparent, beautiful, there is a "winter" garden in the middle between the hotel and the kitchen, you can take a memorable photo.
Disadvantages: the walls are thin (neighbors can be heard), the shower is leaking, the air conditioner shines with a blue diode in the eyes (it is difficult to sleep and it is impossible to turn off), there are not enough personal hygiene items (toothbrushes), the rooms are small.

Minus a star for the non-working shower holder, which was never repaired, I had to hold the shower head in my hands, and it was extremely uncomfortable to wash. And in the morning I didn't have hot water, and it turned out that this was the problem of the whole hotel: the boiler is faulty and turns off periodically. A wonderful hotel. I stayed in the summer. The main feature is the pool! Which is a rarity and delight for the native and very hot Bukhara.. I swam almost alone in the morning. The interior is also good, the room is packed with everything you need, the breakfasts are excellent - buffet. Be prepared that it will be difficult to find a place here during the season, you need to book in advance. I booked through booking, (it is possible abroad). The best option.

The hotel is small and atmospheric. High ceilings in the rooms. The rooms are spacious. Good varied breakfasts. And the restaurant is open until midnight. A great new hotel. Prada already requires minor cosmetic repairs in some places, but all the comments are not critical. Comfortable beds and linen change every day. Some rooms do not have air conditioning, only an air conditioning system, which on a hot day will not be enough for some. A large clean swimming pool, a restaurant with reasonable prices and fast food. Special thanks to the staff, there was a misunderstanding with the payment, everything was resolved. Excellent hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms, a wide range of breakfast dishes, there is a bar and a restaurant, open until 23:00, from alcohol : there is canned beer, wine by glasses and bottles, cognac, vodka, tekla and other strong drinks only by bottles, glasses are not poured, there is a large swimming pool approximately 20x8 meters and 1.6 m deep, works around the clock, for hotel guests for free, there is also a Finnish sauna and hammam, paid separately, the hotel is located away from a busy highway, there is a spacious free Parking for cars, some minus is the view from the window of some rooms overlooking the sports complex under construction or the private sector, for us it is it was not critical at all, although we love panoramic views from the windows.

Great new hotel! The location is great! 10 minutes by taxi and you are in the very center of Bukhara. Very hearty breakfasts, attentive staff. The children enjoyed splashing in the pool. The rooms in the hotel are uncomfortable, the bathroom is very dirty and humid, and there are insects. The bathroom is plastic, with a loose side. There's a dirty yellow shower curtain. The mattresses are hard (in all the hotels in Uzbekistan where I stayed, this is a feature). It takes 10 minutes to get to the center by taxi, and there are two cafes with pilaf nearby (pilaf center and Sultan pilaf). They didn't even give me toilet paper when cleaning. I liked the fact that the staff is responsive. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. There are delicious fruits. But, the condition of the room is three. There was a damp smell in the bathroom. I asked to get out because of this, but the next day the smell did not go away. It takes a very long time for the hot water to flow. I had to wash in cold water a couple of times. It's funny that the boxes of disposable toothbrushes can't be torn off the shelf above the sink. Otherwise, the condition of the room is normal. The price is too high, but probably this is due to the fact that Bukhara is a tourist city.

The most disgusting hotel that can be of all. The room rate included a swimming pool. Every time we wanted to go for a swim, there was a crowd of people who don't stay at the hotel! These are probably neighbors, their children, and nearby houses. I asked to somehow limit them during our visit, I even offered to pay extra, because the "local" moms who were there sat and condemned, not realizing that we know their language perfectly well! Tajik and Uzbek! I'm tired of catching the glances of hungry men in the pool. Why does everyone go there from the street? Then why do tourists pay for the pool?????We created the most awkward situation that could be!!!!!

The hotel is very good. New, beautiful, there is a great free indoor pool, 20 meters long. Good breakfasts, there are cooked dishes. The food is definitely 4 stars. Great staff and cleaning, they change everything every day and put 2 liter bottles of water – great. Slippers are also changed. In principle, in Egypt or Turkey, this hotel would have been safely given 5 stars. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, but, however, half of the menu is not available, due to the lack of visitors.
Cons - the hotel is located quite far from the center, by taxi is inexpensive (about 60 rubles) and fast (10 minutes), but it's a long way on foot. This is a new area, which in Moscow would be called "just beyond the MKAD." Construction is underway around both residential buildings and a new sports complex. In the restaurant, I repeat, there is not much from the menu, since there are no visitors either. In the room, despite the novelty of the hotel, a lot of things are no longer working – some of the sockets did not work, the staff could not fix anything. In general, the room is a little crooked – the sockets are either out of place or not working, the refrigerator is out of place, etc. And they couldn't make the TV work, even with the help of the staff – it's on Android, but there's no connection, it didn't work, in short. Don't count on Wi-Fi – it doesn't work even with a signal amplifier.
