I share my negative experience. I placed orders on the Gardenmart website twice. Twice, I was not sent all the ordered items or something was replaced. Finally, in July, the roses ordered in October 2023 and April 2024 bloomed. Of the survivors! none of them match the grade. Crimson and white meant black baccarat. The yellow one was supposed to be blossom bubbles. The orange one was supposed to become the yellow braided lady Banks under the influence of magic. In the chat with the managers, they offer either a discount on the next order, which I am not going to place. Either dig up the seedlings in October and return them, then they promise to return the money. The conditions are magical.
Screenshots of the correspondence did not pass moderation, although I managed not to write a single obscenity in two weeks of correspondence.
PS. I'm already afraid to imagine what will grow out of half-dead apple saplings.

I have been looking at the online store for a long time, but I was afraid to order online, since I heard negative reviews about some stores. But when I saw the catalog of roses in the fall, I decided, I was not. I made an order from as many as 14 rose bushes, adding berry crops to the order.
I made the order in early September 2023, the manager contacted me very promptly, after clarifying all the information, they sent a link to payment via Caspi (convenient, since this is the most popular, "Halyk bank" in Kazakhstan) after making an advance payment, it remains only to wait for the order. The order arrived at the end of September, and Kazpost and Gardenmart managers notified me of the receipt of the parcel. The package was neatly and carefully packed, each seedling was also well packed. The package included gifts - a fig seedling, fertilizer for roses, a biostimulator and instructions. All the seedlings had name tags, and when unpacking the root, I was pleased with the presence of good live white roots, which contribute to rapid survival.
What I would also like to note is that only when planting I noticed the absence of one rose variety, I wrote to the manager about it and within 15 minutes this issue was resolved (we looked at the cameras during packaging and the underinvestment was confirmed) - the rose will be sent to me in spring shipment. Since the quality of the seedlings is decent, the managers work quickly, then in the spring I made two more orders, and perhaps I will make a third one.

I waited for the parcel for a long time – 15 days. The parcel arrived, packed well, unfolded the roots and was horrified: 5 fruit seedlings – twigs with almost no roots (the company claims that this is a high-quality two-year planting material), only 1 apple and rose sapling for an estimate of 4. Photographed all this "charm". I made a detailed claim with a photo. They answered very promptly: "- the agronomist and the specialists of the OTC made a decision on your appeal. Seedlings are recognized as non-viable. We apologize and are ready to replace the plants. Free seedlings will be shipped with your next order. Request: be sure to remind us of this arrangement. "Kick-ass, but it's not funny! I am offered to make a new order, then they will send me the ones I wanted. And again everything is in a circle! A complete deception and no responsibility. How to believe those who cheated??? It's great, isn't it? Do not see their advertising, prices, and even more DISCOUNTS and do not buy anything here! A complete deception and no responsibility. Avoid this nursery by the side. Buy where there are no negative reviews.

I ordered rose seedlings in the fall, all the roses came in good condition and quickly, which pleases. Later I ordered the seeds, I really liked that all the seeds are fresh in 2023. During the time of orders, there was always active correspondence on Vacap, which is nice. I will order more.

To be honest, I was worried about whether everything would be of good quality, as it would come, but the worries were great! I ordered roses for autumn last year to plant an array of 5 Angel roses and one Duchess Christiana. Of the five roses, 4 are of the same variety, it is not clear which, not an Angel at all, the fifth is of an unidentified breed, like, and not at all Duchess Christiana. Of course, I am upset ((( 100% re-grading, and I put three stars because the seedlings are of normal quality, only one did not take root. But I won't order anything else from Gardenmart. I left my review on their website, but it was not published.

I want to put a minus one star, unfortunately there is no such option. They sent me a completely dry brushwood called honeysuckle. I didn't want to take it to the SDEC, but the manager assured me that after I send a photo of the slices, I will receive a refund, including for delivery. As a result, I lost 1,617 for seedlings and 640 for delivery. Of the entire parcel, I now have a half-dead blueberry bush in my possession for 2,200 rubles. They've been messing with my head for a week with their offers of another product that I don't need. Do not believe their statements that everything is guaranteed, this is the first time I have encountered such an ugly relationship
