We ordered seedlings of berry bushes in May, paid for them, but did not receive them, because the store received a notification that the season was over, they could not send them and offered to either refund the money and send the seedlings in the fall. We chose the second option. In September, they reminded about themselves through a chatbot (they received information about the order only from the second request, although they promised to respond in a maximum of 48 hours, but did not respond). The parcel was received via Russian Post by cash on delivery. The packaging is good, the appearance of the seedlings is satisfactory (the roots with a lump of chernozem with shavings are wrapped in a black stretch film). The box contains discount coupons (20%) for the next order and a mini-encyclopedia on planting berry seedlings in the ground, a useful book. Planted in the ground, we hope they will take root. Gardenmart claims that they have an indefinite warranty on seedlings, we hope that this is so (they were burned at the Agromarket 24 - their seedlings did not take root and they did not compensate us, like they applied 14 days after receipt). So far, we are satisfied with the prices and quality of delivery. The assortment in the store is good, for every purse and taste (in principle, just like the competitors).

The order was placed on October 1 for 5 positions, the shipment was supposed to take place on October 10, as a result, the delivery was postponed to October 16-18, and sent on October 20. I had to postpone the boarding trip.only 4 seedlings came in the parcel, they did not allow you to pay for the shipment because they did not open the entire parcel at the pharmacy. I share my negative experience. I placed orders on the Gardenmart website twice. Twice, I was not sent all the ordered items or something was replaced. Finally, in July, the roses ordered in October 2023 and April 2024 bloomed. Of the survivors! none of them match the grade. Crimson and white meant black baccarat. The yellow one was supposed to be blossom bubbles. The orange one was supposed to become the yellow braided lady Banks under the influence of magic. In the chat with the managers, they offer either a discount on the next order, which I am not going to place. Either dig up the seedlings in October and return them, then they promise to return the money. The conditions are magical.
Screenshots of the correspondence did not pass moderation, although I managed not to write a single obscenity in two weeks of correspondence.
PS. I'm already afraid to imagine what will grow out of half-dead apple saplings.

The only time in the spring I fell for it and ordered a yellow tree-like peony, which I had long dreamed of. There are several roses, currants, and raspberries to order for the promotion. Until I threatened that I would write a fraud complaint against them. The order was sent immediately....

DON'T order anything from them! I was looking for a climbing rose and a domino. Since they have a minimum order amount to send, in addition to 2 roses, I additionally ordered one border rose and 1 cherry. The order was placed on May 5, and the seedlings were sent only on May 27 (supposedly they check the quality and will send the best). As a result, the crackers arrived. My complaints were answered by a link to a video on how to "revive" plants.

The persimmon has not yet spread its leaves (but the twig is green. maybe he'll wake up next year). The blueberries were completely dried up, but in response to the claim, they asked for a lot of information, so there was no point in proving anything. The rose together with the white one on the website (Louise Bagnet) turned out to be clearly something like a floribunda and with completely different colors. Now I'm trying to find out from them what they sent me. Moreover, the tag on the rose, as it should correspond to the order. In general, unfortunately, everything is as usual. I will tell you about my first experience of ordering through the Gardenmart online store (order no. 14642)
I have been looking at the online store for a long time, but I was afraid to order online, since I heard negative reviews about some stores. But when I saw the catalog of roses in the fall, I decided, I was not. I made an order from as many as 14 rose bushes, adding berry crops to the order.
I made the order in early September 2023, the manager contacted me very promptly, after clarifying all the information, they sent a link to payment via Caspi (convenient, since this is the most popular, "Halyk bank" in Kazakhstan) after making an advance payment, it remains only to wait for the order. The order arrived at the end of September, and Kazpost and Gardenmart managers notified me of the receipt of the parcel. The package was neatly and carefully packed, each seedling was also well packed. The package included gifts - a fig seedling, fertilizer for roses, a biostimulator and instructions. All the seedlings had name tags, and when unpacking the root, I was pleased with the presence of good live white roots, which contribute to rapid survival.
What I would also like to note is that only when planting I noticed the absence of one rose variety, I wrote to the manager about it and within 15 minutes this issue was resolved (we looked at the cameras during packaging and the underinvestment was confirmed) - the rose will be sent to me in spring shipment. Since the quality of the seedlings is decent, the managers work quickly, then in the spring I made two more orders, and perhaps I will make a third one.

I ordered roses for autumn last year to plant an array of 5 Angel roses and one Duchess Christiana. Of the five roses, 4 are of the same variety, it is not clear which, not an Angel at all, the fifth is of an unidentified breed, like, and not at all Duchess Christiana. I want to put a minus one star, unfortunately there is no such option. They sent me a completely dry brushwood called honeysuckle. I didn't want to take it to the SDEC, but the manager assured me that after I send a photo of the slices, I will receive a refund, including for delivery. As a result, I lost 1,617 for seedlings and 640 for delivery. Of the entire parcel, I now have a half-dead blueberry bush in my possession for 2,200 rubles. They've been messing with my head for a week with their offers of another product that I don't need. Do not believe their statements that everything is guaranteed, this is the first time I have encountered such an ugly relationship
