I recently passed by this studio. I remembered that the lining in my purse was torn in the change compartment. I just needed to drill around the edge about 5 cm. I went in. The master, a woman of retirement age, was sitting and talking on the phone. I waited for 20 seconds, hoping that she would end the conversation on her own and pay attention to the only customer. Granny pays zero attention. He politely addressed me and told me the problem. To which I got the answer that she doesn't do that and added (literally) "you can sew it up at home," and calmly continued her phone conversation, no longer paying any attention to me. I was a little taken aback by her rudeness. I am no longer 30 or even 40 years old, I have not seen such an attitude towards myself for a very long time. He didn't make a scene, just retreated. I'm not holding a grudge, but I'm writing just so that clients are ready for something like this in this studio.

This image does not even merit a single star. Not only does the work schedule not match what was written, we came several times and it was closed. The seamstress's aversion to the client. I've heard a lot of bad reviews about this atelier, but now I've come across it myself. I don't recommend it to anyone.

I don't usually write reviews, or I write very good ones, but here the situation is out of the ordinary… I didn't even want to give this studio a 1 star rating… A disgusting woman works... talks like a habalka in the market and is rude.. I didn't have time to ask anything, she answered me, what do you want? I calmly show what I need, and in response I get a rude response, saying that I won't take any work today because I work until 2:00 p.m.… And anyway, changing the zipper in jeans and skirts is such a type of work that you will have to wait at least until WED.., I received such an answer from this "professional", if this citizen can be called that.. And when the so-called "professional" heard that I, as a client, was asking for a book of complaints and suggestions, I was followed by a three-story checkmate and curses.… As consumers, you can see for yourself, but I will never come to this studio and I do not advise you, even if this studio will be the only one in our beautiful city.…
