I ordered on the site many times, every time an hour later (I think it's possible to process orders faster), not very friendly managers called back. But after yesterday I decided that I would completely abandon this store. I left a request on the site as usual, after an hour no one called, after another 2 hours silence again. I clarified in Viber whether the order was accepted at all. My message was read and nothing was answered. I duplicated it again in vibe. A little over 3 hours later, the manager called back. The message in Viber was answered closer to 10 pm (I left the request at 15, I wrote the message in Viber closer to 17). All desire to use the services of this store has disappeared at least some day. I ordered it in a different place, got in touch within 5 minutes and the order was delivered the next day.

Огромный выбор кормов, нашла редкие диетические здесь. Девочки-консультанты очень вежливые, готовы помочь и в хорошем настроении.

Несмотря на маленькую площадь помещения можно найти все что нужно питомцам, покупаю тут все для своего любимого шпица, кролика и 200 литрового аквариума. Не смотря на достаточно молодой персонал их квалификация на уровне как и вежливость. Увеличить бы площадь и был бу зоомагазин высшего уровня.
