There is never an administrator. Do not wait for him - look for people in the restaurant, they will help you. They speak English 🏴
It's clean, but the rooms are ready only from 14:30.
The rooms are NOT cleaned during check-in.

Our bed was held by bricks.
Breakfast is from 9 to 12, then the restaurant is closed. Breakfast WITHOUT drinks. But you can ask for hot water in a cup.
There is no kettle in the room. There is a refrigerator, a wardrobe, toilet paper and towels
The building looks pleasant from the outside. The cafe under the windows is beautiful.
One of the cheapest hotels on Yandex and in Tinkoff is with breakfast!!

I do not recommend it! Dirty rooms, spiders, cobwebs, mold. The room didn't seem to be waiting for us. There are no kettles or glasses in the rooms. There was no toilet paper. The entrance is always open, there is no one at the reception. Come in and take whatever you want. Breakfast, no thanks, coffee for the money. This is shocking content. I've never seen anything like this in all my travels!

I liked the room only on the 2nd floor, it looks like it was the best of those that were🤣 For such a small amount of money, the hotel is normal.
