+ more refueling columns + there is a store (although the prices are slightly higher) + you can drink coffee + the location is great - the store staff serves for a long time - toilet M and W with two booths (you will have to wait in line) - there is no outdoor toilet - no smoking area

The only gas station from the network in which it is impossible to refuel the car with its back to the gas station (justified for safety reasons). As a result, one column is empty (because there is no 95th gasoline), and there are queues on the other (drivers do not immediately leave, go to the toilet, choose sweets in the store, stand in line at the checkout). Other gas stations of Gazenergi between Kyzylorda and Almaty allow cars to be parked as convenient for car owners. The administration needs to figure it out and resolve this issue, and not just delete comments. + all gas stations along the route need to bring the toilets to a more or less tolerable condition. Constantly non-working hand dryers, lack of soap, dirt and broken objects leave a bad impression.
