Very decent, the poke is overflowing with different ingredients, everything is beautifully laid out, the shrimp are juiciest
The waffles are delicate, the combination of ingredients and sauce is well selected
Strawberry basil lemonade is delicate with an unusual shade, it cools perfectly

A small but cozy place with good music (jazz) and delicious/beautiful food. Everything is clean, including the toilet (I see many people did not like it according to the reviews, apparently they corrected themselves :) buckwheat tea, creamy soup and pancakes with salmon, everything is simply divine!

It's an amazing place. We came together with our friends, the place is small, but very cozy. The prices are good, once a month you can safely come with a scholarship to eat delicious food. The menu is varied and all the dishes ordered were very tasty. We will definitely come there again

We came to Vitebsk for a day on business, decided to eat at your place. We drove for 4 hours, we think we'll have a delicious meal and go on business. Some of them ordered a gastrofest, in general they liked everything except ramen, as if there were no spices, the rest of the items were delicious, there are no questions. But some people ordered the main menu. The waiter immediately warned that waiting for the main menu is 40-60 minutes. One person was served all the dishes during this time, when the second guest waited for an hour, as the waiter said, and when asked how long to wait for his dish, they said to wait another 30-40 minutes. You have a time limit for the gastrofest and it turned out that the wait for the dish will be longer than we can sit at your place. The waiter offered to subtract the dish from the menu, which we naturally agreed to, but it turned out that the person did not eat anything and we had to look for a new place to eat. We are not local and it is quite problematic for us to find a normal institution. This has greatly spoiled the overall impression of the city and your institution in particular.

A pleasant place, very cultural service, I really liked to go to the gastrofest and in the summer go for a cup of both coffee and bumble! I liked this place. It was delicious, the portions were large. It's not cheap, but there are no inexpensive pubs in Vitebsk at all. Beer at 10 bel rubles for 0.33 (bottled, imported) is delicious, without complaints. The dishes are beautifully decorated. We tried pancakes with mushrooms, with ham, my daughter ate pasta with shrimp (I didn't like shrimp, but pasta with sauce - yes). I recommend

A wonderful and cozy place. Although there is not much space, the atmosphere is very pleasant, even with a full landing.
The waiter girl adds to the level of the establishment: the service is attentive and unobtrusive.
We recently visited again to try the gastroset. And they were, of course, delighted! Very tasty and satisfying, thanks to the cook☺️

The atmosphere here is simply indescribable - cozy lamps, pleasant music and beautiful scenery create an ideal place for a secluded dinner or a romantic evening in good company.
I would like to pay special attention to the musical accompaniment. Melodious sounds create a unique atmosphere that helps you enjoy a great dinner.
The staff also deserves a special mention. The girl behind the bar is polite, professional and always ready to help with the choice of dishes or suggest the best pair for the chosen wine.
And most importantly, very tasty food!

A great place to sit with a friend, or go on a date.
The music is unobtrusive, the atmosphere is warm and cozy. There are no questions about the menu at all. Everything is very tasty. Classic pasta carbonara with lots of meat, all spices in moderation. A healthy breakfast struck me with its "healthiness" in terms of portions. The kitchen has great respect. The dishes were served within 15 minutes, which is fast enough for Vitebsk establishments. We really wanted to try Cheesecakes made of cheese, but unfortunately they were not available. It didn't particularly upset us, we'll come back for them again!!

2 stars only for the most delicious salads in the city. That's it... a small stuffy room where everyone is sitting right next to each other. The waiters are not in a hurry, but not critically. Tom yam is heavily diluted with water and a lot of rice, although the taste itself is interesting. We tried to take breakfast, for me the pancakes are too greasy, although they are half frozen deep-fried in terrible oil. Creamy soums, also too watery. Carbonara pasta is tasteless, with avocado disgusting. It's too expensive for what you're offering in return.

We recently visited this institution, tried "Gastrozavtrak" and "Healthy breakfast". The serving of the dishes and the serving size were very pleased, and it was also possible to choose the method of cooking the egg. I want to mention the unrealistically delicious bread, very soft with a crispy crust. The staff is polite and unobtrusive. Definitely come back here!

We were on vacation, walked around the center of Vitebsk and stopped for a snack. A warm eggplant salad is the best performance among the things that have already been tried. A serving of 370 grams! Waffles with cream and mango are good! The staff is smiling and helpful. We will be in Vitebsk, we will definitely come here) the menu is decent, you can master it for a long time)))

If you want to get real pleasure from eating, then this gastrobar is for you. Bombic salmon salad with an incredibly delicious dressing. Masterpiece pancakes with moose, tender, delicious melt in your mouth and awesome sauce to them. Very friendly and courteous staff and a wonderful atmosphere.

Very tasty pancakes with salmon, just gastronomic ecstasy, we tried croissants with salmon as well.Kitchen 10/10.The cook is well done!!!

Прекрасное место во всех отношениях: душевная атмосфера, спокойная музыка, которая как нельзя лучше задает характер этому заведению; замечательный, грамотный и позитивный персонал. И конечно же восхитительная кухня!!!
Очень вкусно всё, что мы пробовали, а были мы здесь не раз. Но таких хрустяших драников и настоящей итальянской пасты al dente в городе больше нигде не встречали. Из напитков есть любимые и очень вкусные смузи (действительно смузи!). И особенно приятное игристое в бокалах. Рекомендую это место для отдыха, позитива и вкуса!

We ordered:
Beef tartare. Delicious, spicy and sour, the baguette was enough
Grilled ribs with potatoes and other things. The ribs were gorgeous, juicy, moderately fried, the meat fell off the bone perfectly. BUT the potatoes were burned ! As the cook did not notice and the waiter has no idea (photo attached), to take this out to the client, it's just tin. Apparently they are blind or they think that "well, it doesn't matter." But sorry, the composition did not indicate that there would be coals!!!
Gnocchi with caviar. The sauce is super, the caviar is a delight, there are no questions. We would have ordered it again
Well, they took drinks. Everything is OK
The waiters are polite, there were a lot of things in the menu position, (we went to this place for certain dishes, one of them was not there, it's a shame. Post up-to-date information!) Do not mislead customers. The place is atmospheric, the room is small, the toilet is dirty (it is one for everyone, small, the sink, floor and soap dispenser are very dirty with a touch (as if everyone doesn't care)), jazz was playing. The prices are normal, but I would not pay so much for coals (out of politeness there was no scandal, but I am writing a review. The place obviously opened recently, I thought reputation was important to them, but alas)
Removing stars for:
1. Many items are missing from the menu (at least label them with something so as not to mislead guests)
2. Toilet = aversion
3. Not the attention and indifference of the staff. Dishes with burnt potatoes were brought. Ruined the impression...

I strongly advise against this institution. The room is dirty, dark and the cooking is terrible.
We decided to visit this institution because according to reviews it was one of the best in the city (we regretted it very much later). Well, we came and there were no seats, but one reserved seat was accidentally vacated. Well, we ordered and waited for the order. But the wait turned out to be very long. Our dishes were cooked for more than an hour. During this time, we managed to appreciate all the delights of this place. At dusk, it became clear that they cleaned here once a day, and maybe less often. There was dust and dirt on the floor all around. The toilets, too, are not particularly monitored there. But the last hope for a good meal disappeared when carbonara was brought with overcooked bacon, to the level of croutons. Veal cheeks floated in sugar syrup based on mashed potatoes. It turned out to be impossible to eat. The only thing they managed to cook: tea and bumble.
Coming to such a beautiful city, you want to eat in delicious cafes. But, unfortunately, such places completely discourage the desire to return.

We went to the gastrofest. The first time, in winter, we didn't get there, because all the places were painted. This time, out of curiosity, I signed up a week before the gastrofest. It was just us and another couple, and the waiter was on the phone saying there were no seats. But no one came, for all the 2 hours that we were sitting. Very dirty window sills, cramped, the kitchen is here, behind the curtain - that is, clothes and hair will stink of catering. The food is like in an ordinary cafe - nothing amazing. The waitresses are great - efficient, polite, and sweet.

Отдыхали в Витебске в течение июля, зашли случайно и стали ходить почти каждый день. На ужин точно :) Дети в восторге от вафель и круассанов с лососем. Хорошая достойная паста (карбонару дети любят, едят частенько).
Для взрослых тоже всего достаточно :)
Точно рекомендую: интересное меню, высокое качество продуктов (всегда спелый авокадо; поке с креветками- сытно, вкусно, свежайшие жареные креветочки-ммм). Неплохая винная карта и что действительно редкость для небольших городов: хорошие винные бокалы, ридель или шпигилау... Не помню точно, но пить не только вкусно, но и приятно.
Мы были во всех ресторанах и кафе Витебска в центре города. Уверенно можем сказать, что тут действительно хорошая еда с одинаково хорошим качеством.
Доброжелательный сервис, в зале чисто.
Итого: хорошее место, чтобы вкусно поесть.

The location of the tables at some tables is not very convenient.
Many items are not available from the menu "at the moment", because you are sitting, choosing and then when you are ready to place an order, you find out that, alas, this is not there. There were only 4 shrimps in the shrimp paste with the specified weight of 420g. The pasta itself is delicious, but roughly speaking you will get mostly pasta with sauce here, which is very frustrating

Что касается еды, это что-то волшебное😍
Очень большие порции, голодными точно не уйти) для меня фаворитом стали венские вафли с шоколадной пастой и мороженым!
Обязательно хочется вернуться и попробовать что-то новенькое)

We were with my wife at a gastrofest. I really liked Seth. They started bringing dishes in 10-15 minutes, although the hall was full. The girls worked very fast. The service is polite.
The dishes are clean.
It was a little cramped and there was trouble with hangers, but this is normal for a gastrofest.
There is parking nearby.
