"Harbor" is a barbecue. Everyone goes there to have a delicious meal. Not much noise. The cafe is not big. There is a private parking. The pilot. Prices are the same as in the North of Kazakhstan. They bite like everywhere else, but they are bearable. The service is not bad. They keep up. The staff is polite. The hall is clean.

Excellent duck kebab. We were very surprised, thanks to the cook and the one who came up with this dish. A good alternative to the "Peking Duck". The meat is very soft and tender, and the fat is so artificially melted that it only decorates the dish. Makes it juicy and insanely delicious. The second place after the Vietnamese crocodile kebab.!
