The KTZ building is built, there is no beautiful. One of the most beautiful buildings in Astana. But there is no parking, it is not possible to park the car. The entrance staircase is quite steep in bad weather, it's hard to climb and descend. It's dark inside. The guards are nothing but louts. They act like they own this building. In principle, what to take offense at them are not literate people what to do. All we have achieved in life is the uniform of a security guard. The buildings inside are not clear, once again I will say it is dark, there is little light.
