The staff and in particular the security are full bottom! I rented a room for two days from 30.13 to 01.01. I arrived at the hotel at 04.40 01.01.2022, the door is closed, a guard appeared outside the door for 10 minutes and began to demand a pass, a piece of paper was given upon check-in, he was not with me, to which the guard said that he would not let me in, turned around and left! For 15-20 minutes I had to stand outside and stupidly ring the doorbell until a woman from the receptionist appeared who recognized me and told me to let me in. The guard did not have a badge, he hid his face behind a mask and smelled of alcohol, when asked to introduce himself and apologize, he called the other guards and called the police squad. As a result, from 5 to 10 a.m. I went to the police department to give evidence. When I returned, another woman was sitting at the reception desk, for some reason no one asked for a pass. I wrote to the complaint book in the morning, no one has asked for an apology so far. Savdepia and moronism at the highest level!

Wonderful living conditions: the rooms are spacious, clean, bright, comfortable. The staff is pleasant, the prices are reasonable. The location is convenient, away from busy roads. It's quiet and cozy. The rooms are quite large. There is a shop nearby (open until 20.00), a dining room and a bar. One of the disadvantages is parking. The hotel is corporate and integrated into administrative buildings. There are simply no parking spaces during the day: everything is occupied by employees' cars. But a large area is fenced off by barriers and is empty.
