I always refueled there! My personal opinion: They don't drink enough! I compared it with other gas stations, for 1000 som: Gazprom - I drive about 100 km. Other gas stations - I drive about 200 km. The design of the gas station is of course the best in the city, but is this what car owners come for? Managers need to check for the problem and fix it (if any). You're losing customers !!!
