Самое ужасное обслуживание на кассе из всех заправок этой сети. Второй раз приезжая хотим купить Французский хот-дог XL, всегда отказывают. Не говорят, что нужно подождать какое-то время пока приготовится, может я буду ждать, вы уточните хотя бы. Просто сразу нет и все, бери другое что-то. Когда сам говоришь, что мы готовы подождать сколько нужно, в ответ «очень долго вы не будете ждать» и это все с выражением лица как будто я у нее прошу сделать что-то сверхъестественное и еще бесплатно. И все, ее не интересует что ты хочешь, она решила что делать не будет и ей безразлично. На других заправках этой же сети, всегда сразу говорят, что приобрести можно, но нужно 15-20м подождать и всегда все ок, никаких недопониманий. После такого отношения и некультурного общения лучше заеду на соседнюю заправку А-100 и не буду портить себе настроение и мешать людям ничего не делать. Заправщики намного компетентнее себя ведут чем кассиры.

Заправка хорошая , но не персонал . Приехал за 4 минуты то перерыва - уже не работают . Очень спешил - на контакт не идут . Хотелось бы персонал который идет на встречу а на свое усмотрение. В дневное время персонал занят выкладкой товара когда на кассе очередь. Контроль персонала бы подтянуть а так всё приятно

Отличная заправка и внимательный персонал, очередей нет, заправляют быстро. Можно перекусить и выпить кофе, есть пылесос и подкачка шин. Рекомендую!

Как и все АЗС данной сети, считаю лучшими в городе по сервису. Хорошее топливо, дисконтная программа, хороший ассортимент в магазине, особенно хочется выделить вкусное мороженое в продаже, чего нет на других АЗС Минска

Система постоплаты решает все!!! Только по этой причине запраляюсь на этой заправке!! Но навязчивые заправщики уже изрядно надоели... Если нет возможности от них избавиться, то хотя бы объясните им, что нельзя касаться чужого автомобиля без разрешения владельца!!! И после приветствия их первые слова должны быть не "сколько литров?" а "вам помочь заправиться?" Но очень надеюсь, что этот этап мы скоро пройдем, пока терпим...))
