I ran into an unpleasant situation at this pharmacy. I wanted to buy regular candles, but the pharmacist refused to sell them, citing the need for a doctor's prescription. Needless to say, most of the candles are sold without a prescription. I understand the concern for patients, but in my case, the doctor's help was not required - I just asked for advice on my choice, and in the end I received a complete refusal to sell. This attitude left an unpleasant impression: I would like more trust in clients and willingness to help, rather than formal refusals. Now there is no desire to go to this pharmacy.
