It is a historical landmark, a symbol of Lithuania, but of course it has been restored, but the feeling of that era does not leave.You can climb on foot, as well as by funicular (additionalfee 2 evros, entrance to the tower 5 evros).

The ascent is on foot, but the view of the city is gorgeous.
There is a cable car, but it is unreasonably expensive
