I especially liked the module where we worked on a real project for a large customer – this is a valuable experience for the portfolio! +It can be seen that the course is regularly updated. For example, after the update, new cases and tools were added, although because of this, my progress was slightly slowed down. +It is convenient that you can pay monthly, rather than the entire amount at once. +After the start of the training, we added a Telegram chat where you can discuss assignments and even find a team for joint projects. Of course, everything is never perfect, so I've identified a couple of disadvantages for myself. Self–discipline is required- No one controls the deadlines for completing tasks, so if you are not organized, you can "delay" the training. Once the platform did not work for about a day due to a malfunction, but we were warned in advance. Despite minor shortcomings, it is an excellent platform for those who want to gain practical skills with a flexible schedule. If live communication with curators, relevant knowledge and real projects are important to you, I recommend it!

Postponement of lectures, deceived people who do not understand why they are paying such money and access to videos of old lectures instead of lectures with a teacher, as promised in the program. They always respond with detailed feedback, not just “normally”, but straightforwardly and REALLY explain. On the downside, I personally lack self—discipline. When you have access to the entire course at once, it's hard not to get distracted. But in your personal account, everything is marked according to progress, and you can see where you are “stuck”. In general, you very quickly start biting yourself for the same amount of progress and go back to the course)) I'm very happy so far. In general, if everything is from scratch, then the training is good, good curators, webinars tell you in detail about the material, you can ask a question. I'm surprised that it's not really a bot that checks homework, but a real person and individual comments (I thought they had some scripts and template answers there, but no) I am pleasantly surprised. The group that is created in the messenger, where all the students are, also helps well when there are some training plugs (either the curator connects, or someone from the students who has figured it out better) in general, this is such a good community. Plus, if for some reason I didn't get to the webinar, then I wrote it down in my personal account, missed it a couple of times - I thought I would have to catch up like at school myself, but no - I looked at night and OK, I didn't miss anything) Of the cons, it is probably that sometimes training is postponed (once a month), but personally it is not critical for me, although some of the group were outraged. Another of the disadvantages, I would like to study a little later, now it starts at 19.00, but again, who knows, I work on average until 18.30, I started studying a couple of times in transport) It would also be nice if you could study on weekends (well, in the sense of webinars), but this is as soon as possible. But in general, I can note that the quality is at least good (there is something to compare it with, I studied at the it academy before, I had to return the money, as there were doubts about the teachers), there is no such thing here, at least for now (I have been studying for 6 months, 3 left) Therefore, those who really want to learn something, it is possible here, the teachers of the norms, check the homework with all the comments, etc., but the completion of the course strongly depends on your motivation (summer, the sun does not add to this)))

I enrolled in the Developer course, and when communicating with the course manager, they described the track.in this way - training for 12 months, lectures in zoom 2 days a week for 2-3 hours and that's it. They didn't really give me time to think, they pressed me, I made the decision quickly (in principle, I wanted to change my profile for a long time, I stumbled upon them by accident, the manager did a great job), arranged an installment plan through Savings Bank, paid for the training in full. And then the studies began.: The training program is not clear to me — there is no clear structure and understanding of what, for what and why. Upon admission, they told me "2 seminars a week for 2 hours". If you open the calendar, there are not 2 seminars at all – almost every day there are 1-2 lectures and additional teaching materials, but I do not have an understanding of what is necessary and no one has explained it. The LC on the website is generally a separate "masterpiece". Seminars are held for 3-3.5 hours, instead of the stated 2 hours. (well, I don't have that much time, even to watch the recording). Moreover, out of these 3 hours, 40 minutes, we look at how problems with software installation are solved, determine the default browser, etc., etc. I don't want to waste my time on THIS. There is no normal feedback, there is no mentoring institute! Call request — there is always a new person calling who is not aware of the problem. I explain, they offer to solve it, you agree... after a week nothing has changed, a new application, a new person. After suffering or studying for 2 months, I decided to terminate the contract. I wrote a statement, and then it became even more interesting. As it turned out, the company "Gikbranes" are scammers! He does not voluntarily return money to anyone! Here is the answer: "... a refund is not possible due to the deduction of the full tuition fee for the contractor's expenses." I read the Internet - the judicial practice is quite rich from individual to collective lawsuits. They pay, but only by court. Don't get caught like me - the services were not provided, the money was not returned. And All the reviews have been deleted - I wrote this review back in April, and there were a lot of reviews, but now there are only 4))) Yandex, how come?! Are you going there too!? Our IT giants are a complete fraud. After all, Gikbrains belongs to Mail, but in fact it's a dummy, it would seem? So much for the reputation of the Mail...

I completed the course "Profession of a Product manager" and honestly did not expect it to be SO intense. There is a lot of material, everything is relevant and relevant. Since there was no such amount right away, I decided to take an installment plan to the Savings Bank, the bank refused, and after finding out this, the manager called me and told me how to make it better, what to indicate, etc. He called not even during his working hours to find out if everything worked out for me or not. This is the end of the positive!. Like many, having started training, I faced a number of questions: 1. Paid - wait and watch motivational videos, of which there are quite a lot. What are you waiting for? The set of a group that can be recruited is unclear when, 1, 2, 5 weeks .... 2. The content of the above videos, which the company positions as carrying important information that costs 19K, but to this later. In fact, all these videos are cuts from various interviews of the CEO of the company and other specialists who are struggling just to say that it's cool, it's important, everyone can do it, etc., etc. So a month passes, I have a busy schedule at work, I found out that I was going to become a father, I decided to optimize expenses, and I began to understand that it was not mine at all, and my level of knowledge was never enough even to solve basic tasks. I decide to terminate the contract and that's where it started ...... I called support, explain the situation, ask for a refund, to which I receive an answer: "We do not deal with these issues, we have registered your appeal, wait for 10 days." Surprise, there was no contact in 10 days. I managed to get in touch as early as 13.07. Everything seems to have gone more or less, they sent me a refund application form by mail, they told me by phone that they could only return 60k, since they had already spent money on me, and a full refund is only possible within 14 days. To my question: "How is it possible to understand whether a product or service is suitable for you if you try it out after more than 14 days?", I did not get a clear answer, already a pun, right? So, I think, okay, God be with him, I will return at least some of the money, filled out the application, sent a copy by e-mail, reported that they accepted, they say, wait now. SPOILER - I'm still waiting!!!! So, I started to get tired of waiting, and therefore decided to call the Rospotrebnadzor hotline for consumer protection. The nicest people, I was really shocked, explained everything and told me that you can wait like this, in principle, indefinitely. The application sent by e-mail has no legal weight, that is, they are not subject to the requirement of Article 32 of the Law on Consumer Protection to refund money within 10 days. They recommended sending the application by registered mail together with a request for a refund within the specified period. Further, from the moment of receipt of the letter, more precisely, receipt of the delivery notice (and the company may not pick up the letter, not accept, etc. in general, it doesn't matter, now it's their business), we wait 10 days and if the money is not returned, you can and should write a complaint to the RPN. I hope this review will help all those who find themselves in the same situation, I know there are many of them. P.S. It is pointless to feed in support at all, they are generally on..I'm looking at you, especially if you don't want to deposit money but want to return it. to my last letter that it had been 10 days since they received the letter with the application and that I had drawn up an appeal to the RPN, I was answered with an unsubscribe: "We are sorry that you are upset — we ourselves are interested in a quick refund. I have been choosing an online school for a long time. My son interrupted his studies at the university for health reasons and I wanted to try to study online so as not to waste time. When communicating with the manager, I described our whole situation, that we might be forced to interrupt training for health reasons, and she assured me that they have everything set up with refunds, the procedure is very simple - you write an application and the money is returned, and I specified in what amount - in proportion to the unused training period. I had no doubt that such a well-known company, which is one of the leaders of online education in the Russian Federation, could turn out to be a fraudulent organization. A month after the start of training, it became clear that after all, my son could not study and I tried to contact the manager. There are zero reactions! When we were doing the registration, she kept telling me endlessly - calls, messages to the Whatsapp, the deadline is coming, the discount is ending... and so on, after the payment, there was no interest in me. I wrote to support and received a reply that I would be contacted within 20!!! working days) When I did get a call, I found out that I could get something back in the region of 20 thousand rubles, and everything else was their actual expenses incurred, I was furious! I paid 86,000 rubles. What, I wonder, are these expenses??? I understand that they have a legal service and everything is written in the contracts that you can't dig in, but purely humanly???? we are now spending a lot of money on the treatment of our son and this money would be very useful to us, but, apparently, they need it more. Be very careful, make a balanced decision to deal/not deal with this company. I am very disappointed! In our case, they re-registered the course for me (I hope that the training is sensible), I will do it myself so that the money does not disappear! I am an entrepreneur myself and adhere to other principles and values in my business, I regret that I managed to deal with a business that builds its mission on training by FORCE SO AS NOT TO LOSE MONEY. There are a lot of ads on avito - I will sell / reissue the course for half the price of the same victims as us. Only these ads are not even viewed by anyone. It seems to me that if the product is really high-quality, then there are always enough people willing to buy it, and it is fundamentally wrong to teach by force or to profit from those who decided to study, but due to circumstances cannot do it, paid 100, 200, 300 thousand rubles. But the saddest thing is probably paying a 3-year loan for training that you don't pass.... A real fraudulent scheme. So write honestly - it doesn't matter to us whether you will study or not, your results are not important to us, the main thing for us is to sell! It's kind of sad.

I faced exactly the same thing as the previous students, when studying on the course I realized that I was not pulling at all and no one was going to help and solve this issue, I wanted to terminate the contract and return part of the paid funds, it turned out that no one was going to return anything and I did not understand how to do it yet.

Instead, the number of homework assignments is like in full-time training (although I specifically chose the online format in order to calmly do + study for fun without interfering with the main work), tasks that even teachers do not have time to check on time, lack of feedback from teachers and answers to questions, no help in installation programs (everyone searched for themselves on torrents, etc.), in addition to watching a video lesson for 2 hours, then watching another 30 minutes of video on YouTube how to do DZ, because many questions remain unanswered and you do not understand who to ask these questions to (1.5 people in the chat know the answer and cannot always answer in time to you). Then, when you want to get feedback from the platform, you have to wait 20 days for 3 seconds to get a call and you couldn't communicate. I am very disappointed with the service, I am making a refund, which is also very unpleasant and difficult to do, because they are trying to convince you otherwise. Read consumer rights and be prepared for all this if you have agreed to study.
