Disgusting attitude towards customers and doing business. They offered to buy out my Geely Atlas, I came to the Minsk representative office in Bolshoe Stiklyovo for an assessment, the manager examined the car, after which he made a price offer, which I was quite satisfied with. We have agreed to conduct a transaction with the transfer of money to a non-cash account. We registered the purchase and sale agreement with the traffic police, the manager notified that the funds would be received in a few hours, but I did not receive the money that day, as well as the next and 3 days later. To my indignation, the director of this sharashkin office called back saying that their subordinate had made a mistake in calculating the cost of my car, and they could offer two thousand conventional units less or termination of the contract with monetary compensation for the time I spent. As a result, the contract was terminated, nerves were damaged, money for moral damage was not received. The "official" dealer acted worse than a market overbought.
