I left the car to paint the chips (white). The result turned out to be extremely poor quality. Instead of carefully eliminating defects on the bumper, new chips appeared, apparently during the removal process. The gaps vary. The painting around the parking sensors is especially striking — there the coating is made with a "fringe", uneven and sloppy, which looks very unaesthetic. The chips were not putty, but simply blown out with paint. It seems that the work was done without quality control and attention to detail. In addition, all this was accompanied by constant promises to be done soon, and in the end I had to wait 10 days, although the dates were originally promised to be completely different. And now the bumper has been taken away for painting again. I do not know how long this will last, but I promise to be done in 3 days. I am very disappointed with the quality of the work and the attitude towards the client. Ps. I picked up the car 2 days later. The bumper was made perfectly. They can! If it had been like this the first time, I would have advised everyone.

Purchased Geely Emgrand. Package contents - Comfort. Everyone is happy with the car, but these are impressions of the car, not the Dealer's work. So. I will not sing praises, but I will say that the people working there are professionals in their field. This also applies to the branch in Novopolotsk, where all the registration was directly carried out, but also to the machine maintenance and training center in Vitebsk. Previously, in Novopolotsk, and Dmitry and Ekaterina work there, they explained all the terms of the purchase very clearly, assessed the possibility of obtaining a loan, they are always in touch, all issues are resolved instantly. Upon receipt of the machine, a detailed explanation of all the settings, functions, and capabilities of the machine. When they told me that it takes at least an hour to receive and explain, I did not smile. But believe me, this is the minimum time in which you can figure everything out. Many thanks for the approach to work, professionalism and just a human attitude towards people - today it is also worth a lot. Now about the car and training in Vitebsk. The anticorrosion is applied evenly, efficiently, into all the cavities provided for this purpose. Everything is put in place, the fasteners are smeared in order to exclude moisture ingress. The anticorrosion does not protrude anywhere on the front surface. Protection, mudguards are installed. Winter tires are shod on wheels, summer is in bags in the trunk. The wheel balancing is perfect, the pressure is uniform (even when the rubber warms up, it grows the same way). In a word, RESPECT the service center!!! Conclusion - we are very happy with the purchase, and to such people, with such an attitude to their work and just people, I want to come back again, for the next purchase))). Thank you all very much!!!

We bought a car in May'24. Communication with the manager was easy, prompt, and a pleasure. The documents were processed very quickly. The scheduled maintenance has been going on since February, everything is fast, the specialists are attentive, they answer all questions. There is tea and coffee in the waiting area, and treats. During the first repair of the car (a factory defect, water accumulates under the carpet in the front passenger seat), the cause, as it turned out later, was not eliminated by the service staff. According to them, they "did not notice" and did not complete the amount of work. At the second request, they finished it, according to their words, they informed us of their readiness, and we came to pick them up from Polotsk. As a result, nothing is dried inside, time will tell whether the marriage is eliminated or not. The service staff "advised" to contact and dry the car in the problem area on the spot in their city. (The car was dried during the first repair) Completing it. At the moment, the water is not accumulating, the car has dried itself inside. The problem has been fixed by the service center. As an apology for the inconvenience caused, representatives of the service center offered a discount on the following maintenance and installation of additional equipment.
