There are discounts on cars. But the quality of some cars leaves much to be desired. His attention and desire to give a complete answer to the client's questions are felt in the conversation. Does not lose sight of a single complaint or comment. When contacting a dealer, I always want to get to him. Gentlemen, you have a good team! January 30, 2024: I personally like everything so far. I picked up the car I ordered two months ago a couple of days ago. On our first visit to the salon, where my wife and I came just to look, we were greeted by Artem, the manager. He is a very sociable and pleasant young man who answered all the questions in some detail and clearly. He listened to all our "wishlist" and also explained everything very clearly. It was probably his charisma that prompted us to decide to buy Jili.We registered and received information on Viber for two-way contact with Artyom. I stopped by a couple of times a month for "control", and communication with Artyom strengthened my confidence that it was about to...))) The salon itself does not stand out in any way and is even cramped, but this does not deter customers. I haven't been to the new waiting room yet. When making a purchase, I contacted Tatiana, an employee of Belarusbank, who also showed the best qualities of a professional, a person and a consultant. I will continue to be serviced at this center and, I am sure, I will receive high-level services every time. P.S. The bow is really tired…

Our manager Egor conducted transaction support at the highest level in cooperation with a bank employee. When handing out the car, pre-sale preparation was carried out, Egor advised on all the functions of the car, patiently answered all our thousand questions, and also explained all the nuances of further registration and insurance. This is the second time I visit this institution and the second time I am disappointed. Managers are not as interested in selling cars as possible. Real buyers: on the first visit, they wanted to order a car for their father, the managers were not as interested in selling as possible, they reluctantly answered questions. As a result, the car was bought in Minsk, where the manager was in touch 24/7 and even after the sale of the car did not refuse to assist in the registration of the warranty case. The second time the conversation was about the purchase of a used car, which was put up for sale at OD. Three weeks at the specified phone number, "no reply, no greetings," we decided to stop by their place along the way. The managers conducted the dialogue more loyally, but did not know the question. They left with nothing. I admit that the car has already been sold, but why it is not being withdrawn from sale remains a question.

It looks like the reviews are written by the employees themselves or their friends. The appointment is for 8.00, we arrived in advance. The employee who is supposed to take the car has not yet arrived at the workplace, appeared at 8.10. I do not know which lounge we are talking about, but all the customers are crowding at the entrance and no one offers to go somewhere. The head of the service station is an outright boor. They messed up themselves, but at the same time they try to shift the blame onto the client.

It's convenient and comfortable waiting for a car, but the Turkish TV series spoils everything... The service is excellent, it remains to find out the price. There is free Wi-Fi, tea, water, coffee from the TSIKAVA vending machine, billiards. The staff is very friendly as always.

I would like to thank Vlad Tkachev's sales manager for the prompt and professionally organized sale of the Geely Atlas car. The guy's doing great and you can see right away that he's in his place. It so happened that I'm from another region and, in fact, I chose a car remotely. In 2023, I bought Atlas pro, thereby becoming a client of Mogilev Motors - every warranty request turned into a very difficult quest! Many issues were not resolved - I had to go to Minsk, where the issues were closed for once or twice! Every trip to the Mogilev center turned into swearing - both in terms of service and communication (staff's unwillingness to help the client)!!! For which not only I, but also other clients expressed their dissatisfaction! But after a while, namely in 2024, everyone was replaced - everyone was polite, courteous, everyone had a great desire to help the client, a waiting area appeared, questions were closed quickly and on time, etc. I was pleasantly surprised!!! In this regard, I changed my attitude and review from one star to five!!! Keep it up !!!

Good afternoon. Jili x50. Full water cabin in both the front and back rows. The weather is dry, and no one rides in the back rows at all. I applied under warranty. Everyone just turns their noses and says that everything is at the expense of the car owner, this is not a warranty case. I don't know where the water comes from, although the whole Internet is full of such cases, either the drainage is clogged, or the condensate pipe... And they switch hands like it's the owner 's fault . So after that, buy cars under warranty. I give the salon a bold -1 point. I'll fill out the complaint book on my next visit.

Excellent service center!! You will always be offered coffee from the doorstep and greeted with a smile!! Recording by time works fine even if they are late to wait for you. I bought monjaro here. A good consultant tried to tell and show everything. I was not lazy to go outside and hide cars there. I also helped after the sale. A very nice waiting room. The technical staff is also trying their best. It's just a pity that immediately after the purchase there were two issues with the parking sensor and the alarm system. I had to, as they say, "drive 2 times." But, unfortunately, this is a problem for many services - there is room for technical staff to grow in competence. Otherwise, everything is very good. The leasing organization contacted the salon and warned that the process of evaluating the lessee and the leased item (car) was underway, there were no complaints from the manager. Within two working days, we agreed on all the conditions with the leasing company and contacted the salon that we were ready to buy the car, to which we received a response that the car had already been sold by the director. Both the director and the sales manager Egor behaved unprofessionally and incorrectly. We do not recommend buying a car at this car dealership, as the behavior of the staff is unpredictable.

In 2021, we purchased a Geely car, and when buying it, the manager was outrageously polite, responsive and friendly! However, as soon as you left the salon, you immediately ceased to be interested in this institution! Well, okay, I didn't really want to, but after a while I had to apply after an accident to paint the damaged element! I felt that I did not go to the service center, but straight home to the service staff, and even on their day off))) Then there were several requests for scheduled maintenance. Those comments that she indicated were not eliminated, and the cost is sky-high. And only when referring to the third ONE to the auto repair shop Alexander, my comments and wishes were taken into account and eliminated! THANK him for that!!! But I think Alexander is rather an exception to the rule! In my subjective opinion, it is a disgusting salon that I do not want to go to, but unfortunately there is no choice in Mogilev!

I arrived, gave the car back, not a word about how long it would take, what kind of oil you want (though I don't deny they asked about complaints, and the answer to any complaint, literally, will either pass or it will.... In fact, it's 2 o'clock, and plus an hour under the windows, provided that I asked for the keys myself, I asked for the additional information myself- install the following answer.... In the end, there are 3 boxes in the trunk, 1 empty - you can see the oil filter, and 2 air vents. One thing I can say is 2 stars are stretched, the next ONE is definitely in another service.

And now about the disadvantages, when they offer a car, they don't say a word about extras, i.e. in addition to the cost, you need to have at least 5.0 thousand rubles (this is the minimum). The biggest disadvantage is the constant breakfasts (call tomorrow, the day after tomorrow, in an hour, etc.) If you ordered extras in solon, then by the time you were promised to give the car, add at least three more days. The impression of the salon is both the first and the last for two stars with an advance payment. I would not like to contact them anymore.

I am contacting this dealer for the second time. And I'm happy both times. At first, the electronic handbrake "got sick": the car can't go. They called Mogilevmotors. A tow truck arrived 20 minutes later, and 1.5 hours later we left the service in a serviceable Car. Spare parts are available, the guys are responsive, they delve into the problem, they try to really help. Dima Vorobyov helped us to do everything quickly - respect. Today, too, we need THAT line by line - we're leaving tomorrow. There are no places, but we strained - we found the time (thanks to Regina). We are satisfied. Thanks to the guys. The service is good.

There are attractive conditions for buying on credit and leasing for those who do not have the entire amount to buy a car. It's too bad that there are no available cars on sale, there is a queue and an entry for them. You can wait from 1 week to 6 months for a car.
