I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the Geely service team, and especially to customer service specialist Ivan Dorozhko and locksmith Maxim Boyko. These are exactly the people who make the Geely brand associated not only with reliable cars, but also with a high level of customer care. Maxim Boyko is a true professional in his field. It works quickly, clearly and with attention to detail. After his intervention, the car literally "comes to life" — no unnecessary sounds, everything works like clockwork. It is clear that a person does not just fix, but puts his soul into every job. Ivan Dorozhko is an example of customer service. Polite, attentive, always ready to help and explain all the nuances. You feel confident and calm with him, even if you come with a problem. He knows how to create an atmosphere of trust and comfort, which is especially important in stressful situations. The Geely service as a whole left an exceptionally positive impression: clean, organized, without unnecessary fuss. It's nice to feel appreciated as a customer. I will leave a review, as I was impressed by the staff of the center: correctness, politeness - everything about them. We shared the power supply when the battery on the phone was running out, a convenient place to wait. We go through that car all the time, as long as everything is fine, there were no questions, even we played table football with the child while we were waiting. There is coffee for a snack and goodies, air conditioning, water, a pleasant "restrum", in general, I recommend, everything is comfortable, of the cons - it takes 20 minutes to walk to the nearest shopping center (Galileo), if you wait 3-4 hours it is not an option to sit in the center, you have to go to the shopping center)

Priebrel bg x50 in this salon. I found water in the cabin. I called the salon. The arrival was agreed only after 14 days. Don't believe it, if the defect is factory-made, go right away and leave the car to them. Then they didn't find anything for 14 days, as "professional staff" are working. They called and persuaded me to come, pay the money for the work, and pick up the car. When I got desperate and came to pick up the car, a miracle happened. A factory defect was found. The defect was fixed, according to them. BUT during the BREAKDOWN, it was discovered that the paintwork was damaged. They did not want to eliminate it, referring to a letter from the manufacturer. It was possible to pick up documents with defects only after talking with the management. Citizens, be careful what they give you to sign and do not agree to all the rules of the salon. Know the rights of consumers.
