I will leave a review, as I was impressed by the staff of the center: correctness, politeness - everything about them. We shared the power supply when the battery on the phone was running out, a convenient place to wait. We go through that car all the time, as long as everything is fine, there were no questions, even we played table football with the child while we were waiting. There is coffee for a snack and goodies, air conditioning, water, a pleasant "restrum", in general, I recommend, everything is comfortable, of the cons - it takes 20 minutes to walk to the nearest shopping center (Galileo), if you wait 3-4 hours it is not an option to sit in the center, you have to go to the shopping center)

We brought the car to this salon for painting. We bumped the car a little when we entered the garage . They said there were no problems, everything would be done within 7 days. Up to and including October 6, the car was supposed to be picked up ready - made . The car was given away in good condition, but with a small scratch. The car is not even a month old yet, since they decided not to pull the helmet and remove the scratch. Bottom line: the car is in terrible condition, it was disassembled without getting permission from the insurer, despite the fact that the helmet agrees to cover this case. It was necessary to paint 2 elements . My husband called on October 3 to clarify what was heard with the car and whether it could be picked up soon , as a result , they told him that the car had been disassembled and they were waiting for the appraiser with the insurance company to arrive and they couldn 't do anything yet . The husband himself communicated with the insurance company and the dealer on all issues when they had to do it and did not have to disassemble the car until the insurance approved it. As a result, the appraiser reviewed our case and said that this amount does not include. After communicating with the insurance company, they decided to pick up the car and send it to another dealership. My husband picked up the car today, paid them 100 rubles, and we got it. The first photo is what problem we addressed , and the rest are what we got in the end … There are no words , only emotions …

Priebrel bg x50 in this salon. I found water in the cabin. I called the salon. The arrival was agreed only after 14 days. Don't believe it, if the defect is factory-made, go right away and leave the car to them. Then they didn't find anything for 14 days, as "professional staff" are working. They called and persuaded me to come, pay the money for the work, and pick up the car. When I got desperate and came to pick up the car, a miracle happened. A factory defect was found. The defect was fixed, according to them. BUT during the BREAKDOWN, it was discovered that the paintwork was damaged. They did not want to eliminate it, referring to a letter from the manufacturer. It was possible to pick up documents with defects only after talking with the management. Citizens, be careful what they give you to sign and do not agree to all the rules of the salon. Know the rights of consumers.

It's a pity you can't give a rating of 0 stars, since I turned to them for a warranty case: painting the rear arch lining on Geely Tugella. The color quality is depressing, the pad was put in the gap after 3 times, I waited 3 hours while they drove the car back and forth and tried to put a gap. As a result, they put it up, but I had doubts about whether all the fasteners were there. A few days later, he requested to remove this pad in front of me, as a result, as expected: the mounting of the pad is broken and sealed! We changed the overlay to another one, but we don't set foot here anymore, especially in terms of coloring the elements. When an official dealer cannot remove the cover plate without breaking it and painting it without chips, streaks, then nothing will help, and also hides the defect from his client. Those who take care of their nerves, value their cars and their time - it's better not to come here.

Example: the car was washed with a dirty rag, the hood cover was ruined - painted; did tire fitting - no tire pressure, lost the cap, put the old bags; gave the car for painting on a hard hat for two weeks - took it away a month later, they forgot about me at all, said I would leave a complaint. After you have been sold a car here, the attitude towards you will change dramatically. Due to the large number of customers, the service has become below the level of Soviet Avtovaz. At every opportunity, they try to deny the warranty. The quality of the work that you will not see with your eye is simply terrible. After the planned maintenance, the clips on the lower plastic protection were missing, the cracked air filter housing, the damaged plastic panel on the taillight, the clips of which were broken when replacing the rear camera and simply stuck to the snot before handing over the car (fell to her feet with two trunk openings). for 80,000 mileage and 2.5 years of service, I can write an entire chapter about the similarity to this Luxury Motors. For a long time I adhered to the principle "where I bought, I serve there", but my patience ran out. He spat and went to another dealer for service.

The girl from the reception reluctantly went to look for a consultant. The consultant answered through his teeth, the answers had to be extracted. She asked me to print out the extras for the car, he went with such an expression on his face, as if I was distracting him with nonsense. He answered one of the questions: "There's a car, the configuration is like this, look." Horror. I did not expect such an attitude. In other salons, the consultants were polite. And here, I left almost in tears, I didn't even want to hear about a car of this brand. My husband persuaded me to visit Orel 88. And here the professionals work. The girl at the reception is friendly, immediately came up, found out if we needed a consultant. Because the consultants were busy, she asked us to wait. Consultant Alexey is beyond praise. He helped me choose a car, conducted a test drive. We signed up for a car queue. The car dealership on Mayakovsky is a shame!!!! Competitors are friends with such employees!

For more than a week after two complaints about the infoline, it turns out that you cannot call the factory. I sent it to the specified email address. And still no answers anywhere! They didn't care.

The salon and the store are big and beautiful, but... Employees lack professionalism and attention to customers. Unfortunately, I felt such an attitude towards myself. They don't always call back. And in order for the warranty specialist to at least take a look at the car, you need to make an appointment with him! What a king I am! The impression is that they are working according to the scheme - just to sell. I tell them to fix the error, they say they've fixed everything, I check they haven't fixed it. Please -- sell the hood molding -- first they offer the wrong one (! ), and then they say there are none, we can replace the entire radiator grille. Are you serious?! The car is made in Belarus, the factory is nearby, and you tell me that there are no parts for it! This is unwillingness to help the client! I'm disappointed. They can work much better here.

Include a few extra items in the bill, such as installation (it is not needed in summer), balancing and configuring sensors (they are also not needed in summer). When it came time to change the wheels, it turned out that they did not fit. Although the car model and year of manufacture were indicated at the time of purchase. I repeat, the purchase was not made independently, but with the advice of an employee of the center. No one was able to resolve this issue over the phone (and did not try). I had to break away from work. That's coming soon. I do not want to contact this center, because there is no trust.

We walked around the cars, looked around for a consultant. In the new car sales department, three employees looked at us and probably continued their interesting dialogue. I had to come up and draw attention to myself. The consultant guy reluctantly gave us a couple of minutes. It looked like this: "Here's the car, here are the doors, here are the wheels." When asked to make a printout, as we were done in the previous salon, we received an answer: "I'm not going to do anything to you." Perhaps these services are not provided in this company, but it could also be said more culturally. My husband, a senior manager, said that if he were the director of this company, he would put these employees out the door for such an attitude towards customers. Maybe it was this kind of service that influenced our decision, but we made the choice towards a different car brand. They don't know how to present their product, at all. And an unpleasant attitude towards the client.

The car was waited for three months, Albert offered us several options and as a result we settled on a silver Geely X50. It so happened that we are from out of town and we had to make a deal in one day, which, generally speaking, is problematic for leasing. But we must pay tribute to Albert and the leasing manager Elizabeth that they managed to organize it and do it without any problems! For which they have a huge thank you from us, satisfied customers. Bought on Friday, 17.11.2023. The car had only one small flaw later revealed - the front passenger door closes with a little more effort than the others, i.e. it needs to be slammed a little louder than the other doors, and the car is so frisky that it is quite unusual for me.

How do I agree with those who bypass the service department here. People, they changed the car from summer to winter for 3 hours! It's scary to imagine what will happen at the first TIME! I guess I'll have to wait 3 weeks. The manager does not keep track of how much and whose car was in the box. It does not ring when there are delays, no concern about your time... On this day, all the stars came together) The guys responded quickly and promptly sent all the documents, helped in a human way...After that, we went to the insurance company again and the document was rejected (they tormented us), we had to solve the issue by phone and send more docks, already by email... As a result, we were still funded by an insured event. It was a team effort with Alexey Machulsky and Artem Sluchko - thank you very much! By the way, the case concerned the hatch sealer - the crow ate the sealer, which comes assembled with glass.
