The best service I've ever encountered in my life!! Turned to them for the first time, because the rear brakes started to wedge on my Cooler. We went straight to the officials on Kamayskaya Street. They announced the amount, which in my opinion turned out to be greatly overestimated, and also outlined the deadline for resolving the issue - 1 week. We decided to look for another place. A friend advised me to contact Gili Master, because he used their services himself and was satisfied. After calling them, Master Alexey told them in detail about what they would have to do and how much it would cost. The master also kindly agreed to wait for our arrival after the official closing time, which made it clear that every customer is appreciated here. The car was repaired in 1 day. The cost of repairs and spare parts turned out to be 3 times lower than that of the officials. A nice bonus was that the cost came out even slightly lower than they said at once. It's great that we did exactly what we needed to solve the problem and didn't provide any additional services. And how nice it was that the next day, master Alexey called and asked how the car was behaving after the repair - it's just beyond words. Therefore, I recommend contacting them! I am sure that you will be satisfied!

Arrived on December 4 (order-order 0000003426) complaint knocks in the suspension, looked said the shelf in the trunk was to blame (Geely Coolray) took 35 rubles arrived home. The next week it got colder, the sound became clearer, I thought strangely and put the shelf in the salon and the sound naturally did not go anywhere. I went to another service station, where the car was simply shaken without lifting it onto the lift and immediately sentenced the rubber bands and steering rod on the right, after that they lifted it and demonstrated everything once again. Conclusion I do not recommend anyone to go to this "sharshkin" office, Diagnostics and specialists are simply zero.

I changed the oil recently, Everything seems to be normal at work. The record is for a couple of days. The cost seems to be adequate. BUT! The attitude towards customers leaves much to be desired. And not managers, but craftsmen. The master passing by the elevator notices that the brake discs are worn out, begins to sneer, there are no brakes, continue driving until the characteristic screech until the hub bearings buzz and fly off. In general, as a person it is not pleasant to me and such an attitude is not acceptable. I'm unlikely to go there a second time. I recommend to the management to exclude such behavior of employees if you want clients to come to you more than once.

After the scheduled maintenance, when picking up the car, I found that the workers had managed to smear not only the driver's mat in the cabin, but also the lining on the rack and even the roof ceiling. To the remark, the master removed the traces with some kind of solvent, but managed to leave new ones, already from the solvent. Yes, such that they could not remove these traces on detaling. Moreover, they behaved dishonestly - when they discussed traces of solvent, they changed their position, allegedly this was not their "job", and it was.

I waited for about an hour as a result, the car was accepted, as a result of the diagnosis, they said the reason was in the throttle, they changed, the reason did not go away, the next time the gas pedal was sentenced, it did not help. When I asked why I should pay for their attempts, I was told, well, not us. As a result, I turned to another service, the reason was found to be the cost of the breakdown of 80 rubles along with the spare part. The flight has been normal for six months. God forbid you get here for repairs. While they were trying to repair my car, I got into conversation with another victim, the cylinder head was removed for the second time, the wrong oil caps were installed for the first time.
