They rate the car exactly as the minimum payment, 40 percent for the down payment. I agreed to take off 10 percent of the market, but that's not enough for them.
And in the new Gili cars there are not even mats, you will have to buy them separately.

Всё отлично. Очень внимательный, грамотный, вежливый персонал. Приятное обслуживание. Хороший отдел сервиса. Всё чётко, согласно времени. Подстраиваются под каждого клиента. Конечно всё дорого, и машины и обслуживание. Но за сервис нужно платить. Очень вкусный кофе. Удобный зал ожидания. На табло видно, где и когда освободится автомобиль. Спасибо за работу

Необходимо дорабатывать качество обслуживания, внимание к клиенту минимальное. Менеджеры зачастую пересылают от одного к другому, не могут дать ясный и чёткий ответ. После 7 лет обслуживания в АтлантМ Сухарево сравнение не в пользу Боровой, к сожалению.

Хочу выразить огромную благодарность менеджеру Наталье за индивидуальный подход и огромный вклад в покупку мною именно той машины, которую я хотела.
Отдельно поблагодарить за то, что она поднимала всех на уши, чтобы мне было удобно забирать машину в нужное время и очень грамотно и оперативно решала все вопросы. Машина была заказана в другом салоне, но перед покупкой тот салон решил «новые условия покупки» выдвинуть. Наталья помогла с машиной, да ещё и того цвета, который был нужен (tugella), коих в Минск привезли пару штук всего-то.
Однозначно лучший салон и лучший менеджер 🤍

Низкий профессионализм менеджера по продажам Никиты. Были 3 раза, всегда к назначенному им времени отсутствовал на рабочем месте, наши потери времени были от 40 минут до полутора часов. Пригласили нас на приемку авто к 17:00, машину подали к осмотру в 18:30 с объяснением что у них много работы. С планированием рабочего дня в этом месте проблемы. Совет начальнику отдела продаж Анастасии: проанализируйте работу своего менеджера. Мое мнение он не справился со своими обязанностями. Удовольствие от покупки нового авто мы к сожалению не получили, плюс был обнаружен дефект. Общее впечатление много суеты, необязательность менеджеров, не владеют информацией о доп работах. Очень неприятно было слышать, "приехали на Дастере и качают тут права". Это случайно услышанное в салоне высказывание. P.S. покупали Атлас Про в топовой комплектации.

Впечатления от данного дилера двоякое:на первый взгляд все было отлично,составили договор на покупку черного Coolrаy,банк одобрил кредит, немного не на ту сумму которую рассчитывал изначально,после общения с менеджером Владиславом и представителем банка,решили "забронировать" машину ( предложение исходило строго от менеджера) и через 15 дней приехать,еще раз попробовать подать заявку в банк на нужную сумму (если банк не одобрит нужную сумму то взяли бы ту которую давал первоначально),но спустя две недели,а возможно даже раньше,наш глубоко "уважаемый" Владислав не уведомив меня продал эту машину другому клиенту!!!! Просто бог маркетинга,просто напросто позвонить и сообщить нам,что мол так и так,но нет он естественно этого не сделал!!! Спасибо большое вам Владислав...
