The staff is stingy with comments, but if you specifically ask, they will help and prompt you.Parking is not very convenient, but the tram stop is literally opposite. Quite an interesting attitude of the salon staff to their work. We came to this salon to choose a new gas stove. Our choice fell on a certain position. After that, one of the employees appeared (let's call him the employee with glasses, because of the situation there was not even a desire to clarify his full name) and asked if he could help us with the choice. We pointed out the model we were interested in, to which we received the answer that there was no such model. Another employee (an employee without glasses) said that there is a better model. We started wondering what the offer was and how we could see and purchase it. We were told that we could pay and wait for delivery from the factory, but if we didn't pay for the goods, we might not see them because they would be bought. We said that we would like to see the purchased product before buying. It seems that after voicing the unwillingness to pay here and now, they have lost interest in us and are simply dissuading us from buying. An employee without glasses tried to offer something, but there is no desire to acquire and give a certain percentage to such employees. It seems that the employee with glasses is not interested in selling and is just serving his working hours there or waiting for the end of the working day. The situation took place on 25.01.2025 around 17:00.

Extremely inconvenient maintenance for spare parts! "I express my extreme dissatisfaction with the policy of your Hephaestus store, Minsk, ul. Osipenko 2 regarding spare parts! I purchased an extractor hood from you, expecting comprehensive service. However, when a spare part (a light bulb) was needed, I encountered an absolutely illogical and customer-friendly approach. It turned out that it is IMPOSSIBLE to order the necessary spare parts in your company store, where the equipment is sold! I was explicitly told that your specialized store (workshop) located on the other side of the city is engaged in spare parts **exclusively**. What kind of nonsense is this? Does the buyer of the equipment have to spend time and effort to drive across the city for a small detail? Why can't the point of sale simply accept an order and arrange for its delivery to their own store or directly to the customer? This is the basic level of service for any self-respecting seller of equipment! This approach: 1. **Extremely inconvenient for customers.** Forces you to make extra trips. 2. ** Completely makes it pointless to purchase in a particular store.** Why buy equipment at point A if it only needs to be serviced at point B? 3. ** Creates a negative impression of the entire Hephaestus network.** Demonstrates disunity and indifference to customer comfort. I demand a review of this ridiculous practice! I expect that branded hardware stores will provide COMPREHENSIVE service, including accepting orders for spare parts, at least with their subsequent delivery from your specialty store. In the meantime, your service in this matter leaves much to be desired and only causes irritation."
