A fairly large store of the Hephaestus trademark. With the introduction of sanctions and restrictions by unfriendly countries against the Republic of Belarus, the assortment has become a little thinner. But the company is trying to find ways to solve problems with components in order to resume production of individual items of the model range.
The entrance to the store itself is not very convenient, but in general it is possible to park.

It's great that our ovens and refrigerators are in one place, I used to go from the Zavodsky district to Pushkinskaya to get refrigerator supplies, but now everything is here. Freezer doors, shelves, generally all spare parts are there. The same goes for the stove - we needed a sealer for the oven - everything can be purchased here.

I would like to warn people against ordering from the Gefest online store. It was the most nightmarish experience of interacting with delivery services, the strangest and spitting "service" to the customer. So, on 13.01, a cooking surface was ordered. The delivery was scheduled for Wednesday, 15.01, and the delivery time was specified after 17.00. Nothing arrived on Wednesday. There was no warning from anyone that the delivery was cancelled. No call from the stores, no call from the courier. On Thursday, the courier called at 13.00 - 13.10 (although we specified the delivery time after 17) and said he was ready to bring it now. Obviously, most people are at work at this time, which is what he was told. After a conversation with the logistics, the delivery was postponed to Friday after 17. Waiting again. I call the logistics at 4.50 pm, they assure me that the order is on the way. Unfortunately, nothing was brought to us again. No phone call and no apologies or explanations for such tricks. I'm calling on Monday, 20.01. They assure me again that the order has been delivered and it will be delivered on 21.01. On 21.01 I called in the morning and clarified. I was told that the courier had taken the stove and would bring everything. No calls from the courier during the day. At 4:55 p.m., I call the logistics team again. The girl's answer on the other end: "Don't worry, everything is on the way, the courier works until 18.00." Needless to say, nothing arrived this time either. No one called or explained the reasons. Thus, they cannot deliver the order to us for more than a week, while they give false information and do not respond to claims. I really want to see the complaint book of this online store. Of course, we will cancel the order. Even with a 90percent discount, I won't take anything from their online store on principle. I am very glad that at least no prepayment was made.

Super store! The service is at the highest level. There is a sofa in the hall, you can sit down and relax. I bought a gas stove for fishing, so here both cylinders and hoses are sold. And in general, a huge selection of spare parts and accessories for stoves and hoods. I took home the liquid for washing the stove, washed even what seemed to be impossible to wash. My wife is delighted!

There are absolutely no complaints or questions about the store, employees, or sales organization. But there is a reference to the Hephaestus trademark itself and its current quality! Very upset. Hephaestus is no longer the same. Defective equipment is brought immediately. Not a factory worker. There are 7 seals of quality control departments on the certificate. It is not clear who checks and how. In the service workshops they say directly - Chinese components are installed! We will come and change it without question, but it is not known how long the new part will work, because the quality does not work any 7 out of 10. Problems and breakdowns are very common. Either it doesn't work right away (our case) or it breaks down after a few weeks or months (I found a lot of cases on the Internet with my breakdown). In fact, everything seems to be organized, the repairmen come home and repair, BUT the spare part may break tomorrow and you will be friends with the repairmen throughout the warranty period. And here the main question is: and then what? The warranty will end, and then after the first breakdown you will start spending money on low-quality spare parts. Well, or just throw it out and buy a thing of a normal brand. It's a pity, it's really very! I have always believed in the quality of our products. I grew up with a stove that has been around for more than 35 years and not a single breakage. Where and at what point did everything go wrong for you? I bought both a hob and an oven on my own, but I think this is the last thing I bought from Hephaestus.

I do not recommend this store. We bought an electric oven EDV DA 622-02 A. It turned out to be of poor quality. We went to the store, the master said that we were cooking incorrectly. The oven has not been changed. We sent a video to the Hephaestus factory, the answer struck us with a disgusting attitude towards our compatriots: there are no defects. Nevertheless, condensation collects in the oven, leaks and spoils the kitchen cabinet. I do not recommend this store and Hephaestus equipment. Sooooo poor product quality and poor work of the store staff.

It's New Year's Eve, and my oven won't close. The bolts are specific, I don't know where to get them. Not expecting anything, I called the store on Partizansky.
