A wide range of products, as it should be in a company store. Excellent advice from sellers who know their product thoroughly. There are spare parts available for sale. parts for gas. plates, which makes the products of the Hephaestus brand more competitive compared to the imported manufacturer. After spending about an hour in the store, I received all the necessary information, made a purchase and was very satisfied.

I read the reviews (this does not apply to enthusiastic ones, obviously bought or written by my employees) and understand that nothing is changing.
There is no own delivery.
Loan: we'll give you a piece of paper, and you run to the bank yourself and apply (what century are you in?).
Not all models are represented, many are missing, and we don't know when they will be.
There were 3 people in the sales consultant room and 2-3 people with me in the buyers' room. But one salesperson was drinking tea and telling the second that she was tired and discussing a personal story, and the third was sitting at the checkout. No one is interested in buyers. When I asked how the ovens differ, I was told that they are all the same, only the price... Really?
The gas panel was scratched, they tried to convince me that everything was fine and there was a lot of dissatisfaction when I asked to change it.
Otherwise, if your management is satisfied with everything, you don't have to change anything.
