No one warns in advance that the product will be from the showcase, without a packing box, they offered to wrap it with a thin film and that's it. As a result, when examining the house in detail, there are many scratches on the freezer handle from frequent opening of doors, since the goods were from the showcase and it is unknown how long they stood there.

Terrible service! On 11/24/2024, I purchased an Atlant refrigerator. The sellers wrapped it in a film and said that it was all the packaging material. That is, neither cardboard nor foam packaging was provided. It was only after I announced my intention to contact the management that the packaging material was provided. But not even from this refrigerator. I was extremely dissatisfied with the service and customer service.
