We go outside..there is a refrigerator without any packaging, rewound with some kind of film, as thick as food. How can you lift a refrigerator in narrow entrances to the 4th floor and not scratch it?? to the question "where is the packaging, where is the cardboard box? How to pick it up and not scratch it" was the answer - "you need packaging, go and take it to the store. It's not my problem." No documents were provided on hand, like tear off the barely protective film and there they will be in the refrigerator itself. How do I check what was brought to me at all? What did I buy, or the stuff from the cottage? Having answered this in a rude way, the driver just sat down and drove away!!! Carelessness! Disgusting attitude towards customers!
