They won't do what you agreed on here, and they won't refund any funds. But they will say that you don't know everything correctly, and in general the master is right.

I had a manicure in this salon, a regular manicure with a coating was done for 3 hours, 4 fingers were cut, it hurt when removing the coating, removing cuticles, filing nails, I constantly talked about it to the master, but she didn't seem to hear me and continued to hurt. In the photo, there is a cut with an ordinary file, I have not seen this anywhere else… My most unfortunate choice of salon and terrible manicure, I do not recommend it.
