So we turned here. Tatiana immediately examined the dog, took the necessary tests, conducted an examination, after which 3 injections were given. By evening, the dog began to come to his senses and began to walk, although in the morning, when we arrived, the dog could not not only move, but also stand still. And in the evening, the doctor called back and asked the dog, after which he insisted on driving to the clinic and examining everything else in more detail. By the way, we are not from this city, we came to visit. And after returning to Minsk, we went to a very good clinic. After the examination and full examination of the dog in Minsk, we were told that the diagnosis was correct and all the treatment was prescribed correctly. Once again, thank you very much.

There are amazing and wonderful doctors in this clinic, I mean the clinic in Novopolotsk at 67 Molodezhnaya Street. I treated them twice with a dog and received the best human attitude and high professionalism in manipulations. I have a very sensitive dog, she didn't even squeak. I myself am very sensitive and very worried about the dog, and I also received moral help and psychological support, although they shouldn't. They are simply amazing doctors, which you will not find in Russia. Thank them very much for my dog and for what they did. And now the egregious case of administrators I traveled specifically from Russia to use a scanner to check the doggie chip that they installed They called the day before and asked if they had a scanner, they said that there was no scanner and that they needed to go to Gagarin Street in Polotsk, although this was a detour of about 20 km for me, but we arrived there, and there we were informed that the scanner was located at Molodezhnaya 67.! Molodezhnaya 67 no one even bothered Not last night or this morning, write to me on WhatsApp or VKontakte that they still have a scanner. I had to drive back another 20 km, in response to a request to compensate for my gasoline expenses, I did not hear any response and was not even offered any compensation for moral damage! Just negligence and blatant disregard for people! Before we moved into a rented apartment in Novopolotsk, we had lunch at a cafe and bought some food home, But as a result, we ran in in a terrible hurry because the child had an online lesson, and we simply did not have time to get to either the cafe or the store, and had to stay at home for another 2 hours hungry, Plus, I'm in a bad mood, I've wasted my time, considering that I only came here for a day., And the loss of money for 40 km of gasoline That's how disgusting administrators spoil the impression of a wonderful clinic with amazing doctors. And I didn't find the management's e-mail, so I hope that the head of the clinic will see it here and at least fine this negligent administrator! It's a shame that trouble is created because of such people and a shadow falls on excellent doctors too. Yes, I forgot to point out that she misled me and gave me misinformation, and she didn't even bother to call back and change the information, a certain Nastya. Unfortunately, they didn't tell me her last name, I hope you can look at her schedule yesterday and it seems like she wasn't there today, as I understood from the words of a wonderful kind laboratory assistant-she called her immediately as soon as she found out about our situation, so it was Nastya who worked yesterday and she wasn't there today, I hope the clinic management it will be clear who we are talking about.
