We flew in with my husband from Hainan Island and immediately wanted to leave a review and words of gratitude to the travel company Gelena and Natalia Kaktysh personally for professional support, starting from the first call and until the day of departure. It was very pleasant to chat. Detailed answers were received to all the questions. We got everything we were promised. We are enchanted by the sea, the beautiful beach, the atmosphere of the island. A good hotel, guided tours, even managed to heal up. We were very pleased with our trip! We got a lot of positive emotions! Now we will travel only with "Gela". Thanks a lot to "Gelena", now I'm going on vacation only with you! The trip to Italy in June 2024 was successful. There were mountains, the sea, shopping, and attractions - a total of 5 countries. I would like to mention the escort from the first call to boarding the bus. The work of a professional guide (Valentina) I have not met - the organization of the group is simply space. Rimini, however, was a little upset by the weather (it was a bit cold for a couple of days). Compared to the last trip to Italy (from another company, I won't name it) This is heaven and earth.
