Thanks to your efforts and professionalism, my dream of becoming a student of KFU has come true! I would like to express my gratitude to the teachers of the course. Thanks to their professionalism, attentive attitude and high-quality presentation of the material, the classes were really useful and interesting. It was a pleasure to study with them, and I am sincerely grateful for their hard work. However, the organizational part of the course left an extremely negative impression. •It was not the course staff who helped me register and complete the paperwork, but the staff of the Russian House. • My last questions were still unanswered. At the same time, my friend's situation with problems in her personal account looked even worse: she waited several days for an answer, and in the end she received only the wording "keep informed", but there was no real help. •In addition, the staff attached the documents themselves to one course participant without any problems, but they refused me in a similar situation and told me to figure it out on my own. In the end, questions about attaching documents were no longer answered at all. •The administration performed its duties much better when other employees were working there. But with the arrival of Viktor Alexandrovich, everything changed for the worse, and this is what caused a lot of difficulties for the guys who take these courses. •I would like to mention the teaching of social studies separately: Olga Andreevna demanded a lot from the students, but at the same time she demonstrated a low level of training. On the exam, her own score was less than 60 points out of 100, and she took it for money. The lessons were conducted according to outdated programs, and on the control papers we solved the tasks of the Unified State Exam ten years ago — up to 2012. It is a pity that with a strong teaching staff in many subjects, the organizational part and individual disciplines turned out to be so ineffective. That is why I cannot recommend these courses to others.
