In 2023, I booked accommodation in this hostel for three months on the Ostrov website. Then, 15 days before the arrival date, I called the hostel. It turned out that the booking was cancelled allegedly by an intermediary. I wrote to the support service of the Ostrov website. As a result, my booking was confirmed only four days before arrival. The booking number has been changed for some reason. When I checked in, the administrators of the hostel could not explain to me the reason for the cancellation and the change of the booking number.
