I want to leave a review about the work of a wonderful person and a specialist in his field.And we are talking about the travel agent of the travel agency GeografiyaMaria Kalashnikova.I had a dream to celebrate the new year at sea, and thanks to Maria, it came true.I voiced all my "wishlist" and Masha solved the problem.We chose the Concorde Spot hotel in Sharm El-Sheikh back in July 2025 and waited for our dream to come true.Our flight was on 12/25/2025 from Moscow.Maria found us a transfer and handled all the issues with them herself.The rest was wonderful.I really liked the hotel, the beautiful territory, the views are simply gorgeous, the food is good and varied.I have something to compare it with (we were in Charm 2 times) the first time was much worse, and to be precise, nothing at all.But this time I liked everything, and if it happens and there is an opportunity, then I would gladly choose this hotel again.When it was time to leave for home (departure was on 01/3/2026), the day before we found out that the flight was the same and there were no changes.But in the morning we had a "surprise" that the flight was postponed.And this was reported to us by Masha, not the hotel guide, not the tour operator.By the way, the tourists who were supposed to fly with us on the same flight did not know at all that our flight had been postponed (their travel agents did not warn them).We have already shared this information with them because Maria warned us and followed everything clearly.And then our flight was postponed 4 times.Because of this, we might not be able to catch the transfer in Moscow.But Maria took everything into her own hands and decided everything.We arrived in Moscow and made the transfer in time and returned home on time.Once again, I want to thank Maria for our vacation and the fulfillment of my dreams, as well as for the fact that she is always in touch and ready to help at any moment.If there is an opportunity to go somewhere else, then we will definitely only go to her.
