After 3 months, I decided to leave a review. It's an interesting coincidence, but I was also going to give 1 star and only for the suitcase. Natalia's attitude was exactly the same as stated below: she is only interested in money, both my mother and I did not like the attitude. My mother and I flew to Turkey for the first time, we were offered to pay an additional $ 100 for an evening flight back from Turkey. But then we already found out that it might not be accurate and that's what happened, there was no evening flight and at 6 a.m. During the vacation, Natalia ignored my messages and questions about the return flight and whether the money would be returned to us. And it's not the amount, but the understanding that the travel agent knew that they often do this and there is no point in paying extra for an evening flight and did not warn. Maybe she kept the money for herself, who knows... the vacation was badly ruined with this attitude. Maybe there are better agents, but in this city we will definitely not apply here anymore.

1 star and that's for a free suitcase. A complete lack of empathy from the travel agent and not fulfilling direct work duties. We came with a fully prepared tour, we didn't need to pick up anything. It was necessary to monitor only the changes in the departure time. I failed to successfully complete this task. The tour operator sent a letter about the 2.5 week departure time change to the travel agent, but she decided not to tell us or simply did not read the work mail. We found out about the time change ourselves the day before departure.
